I actually went to One Plant for one specific reason I was trying to find my old favorite strain, "Cat Piss" by Quiet Kings. I hadn't seen it in about 15 years, so when I found it here I was pretty damn excited And honestly, i was kind of disappointed. No Disrespect to the dispensary itself, but whoever invested their energy into a growing this particular strain or should I say re-creating this phenotype sucked..I'll say that it lacked the cat piss smell. They had a slight ammonia sent, but definitely did not deserve the name cat piss but this has nothing to do with the dispensary like I said that club was amazing. The dispensary itself is huge. They have pretty much everything you could think of.. edibles, drinks, concentrates, flower, indoor, outdoor, pre-rolls... basically if it's cannabis-related, they probably have it. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, welcoming, and the prices seemed pretty reasonable. I went in hunting for one specific strain and walked out impressed with the whole place. Raggedy overall atmosphere upon entering and exiting. I've been in 4 times, and everyone out front is so drab and miserable. The final time and last straw, about two weeks ago, the young woman at the front desk just continued with her side conversation behind the glass when I tried to check in, and put her hand out for my ID without one word, like she was paying me to come in. No greeting, nothing. Just chatting loudly about personal business. Super trashy. I had an issue with my card because a security alert popped up, so I excused myself to the waiting area to correct this. As I was advising my bank that I did attempt the purchase, the big, rude woman security guard with a power complex thought it was a good time to be weird, and comes up to me and asks if I'm waiting for an Uber and says I need to go outside. Unfortunately this business needs kind respectful people to help out with orders in person and on the phone. I spoke with Percy Robinson who assured me that they would get to the bottom of it. First off Budtender was nice... No recommendations however when they didn't have the product that I came in for which was actually listed on their website. It said they had and I drove 30 miles only to find out that their inventory was not correct. why? This is huge problem for any business.... Inventory has to match what you offer. When I got there. One Plant is my dispensary. It was the first one I ever went to, and I've stuck with them since. I stay coming here because of the prices and their promotions. Every day offers different promotions on their items: joints, STIZZY, edibles or flower. I feel like I could've uploaded more pictures, but they're scattered all over my camera roll. But every visit is up to par. I've gotten my Stizzy pen from here; I've gotten edibles from here; and I've also gotten ore rolls. All of them have had a good high on me and I feel like they always hit. After your purchase anything, you can drop in your receipt for a chance to win prizes. The customer service is always awesome. Once you enter the building, you are greeting with the front person, who checks your ID and verifies your information to get in. The reason I give this a 3 star is because the lady in the from who checked me in was very sweet & kind. I accidentally got the wrong cart and was told by both security and front attendant thags not an issue and can exchange right there. The store lead, Michi, was very rude and said I couldn't do so for just flavor. I told her I was told by 2 employees I can and she took her time getting to me. Eventually she got to me and told me I need to make sure I know what I'm buying next time, to which I replied "It's not that serious." They did not have what was advertised as stock on their website either so when we got here after driving an HOUR it was a worthless drive. This is a great place for cannabis. They have pretty good options and the pricing compared to most places I've been to in Northern California were pretty decent. The service at the site is good, never had an issue with going in person. The staff is kind and they usually are well stocked. But DON'T DO DELIVERY, y'all ... We placed an order this morning at 10am, but were not aware that delivery drivers don't come in until 1PM (why have an ASAP option if that really isn't an option). Management should consider communicating it better to customers that delivery orders will not be processed until 1PM because that is when drivers get on site. Outside of this one inconvenience ... One Plant has been a great place to visit, but not so accessible without a car, and mine is in the shop which is why I am trying the delivery service. This place is cool for the prices plus they are the only ones that carry the one that I really like. I hate the fact that I order online, come in and still have to wait in one of the lines and sometimes it can be busy. I've walked in and stood in "line" a couple times but other people get called up before me just for me to come up to the desk to tell them I have an online order. Just a little while ago, I called this business up and spoke to the A.G.M. Jen. She was super helpful and answered a lot of my questions over the phone. I wasn't sure if I felt like making the trek over there, but now I'm so much more confident. Don't know if staff was too load, he couldn't hear; he asked for my phone number 5x time and stated "if I ask you to repeat it again, you gonna have to that".He's a regular employee, not a manager or a supervisor, shouldn't be representing one plant, and not working in the front.
