I went there to buy a single cart for their crazy starting price of $25, upon getting charged after dealing with pin issues, receiving a bank notification and everything, im told it doesnt go through and they cant give me my product i just purchased. Even physically showing them the actual bank transaction on my phone resulted in nothing. They sent me home with a pity pre-roll and -$28. No "hey man we get it, we see you were literally just charged, heres your cart." Nope, try "if that charge doesnt get disputed in a week by our system then you can come back and we will give it to you then." Excuse me? We naturally instantly started looking for another dispensary after going here for years and all we have to say is... Go to Delta Dispensary! they actually arent some corpo shack that over charges, the people are so friendly and personable. They have a huge selection of everything and their carts start at like $15 and can go lower because they ALWAYS have deals. Literally a deal type going on every. single. day. Every time we walk out of there with 4-5 1g carts for barely $100, a preroll, and a gram of flower they throw in for A DOLLAR im constantly blown away. More than an hour and a half later - without any further communication - I got a phone call from the owner asking how I "even found out" about them, and that they weren't coming to deliver because my address was outside their delivery area. At no point during my online order was it indicated that my address was outside their delivery area. So being spoken to as if I had done something deliberately to skirt the system was ridiculous. The owner continued to be aggressive with me, talking over me, only sarcastically apologizing when I asked him if he thought this inconvenience to me as a customer warranted an apology, and actually hung up on me at one point. When I called back and asked if he had hung up on me or been disconnected, he laughed and said he had hung up on me. As a woman, I steer clear of men who are as aggressive and unapologetic as that owner was. We all know the kind. Nothing is ever their fault. It's a bad quality in a person and a fatal one in a business owner. There are friendlier and better-run delivery services in the area. Avoid this one at all costs.
