Chris said he could stop and take a look the next morning. He showed up when he said he would and quickly inspected it. Said he could adjust it on-the-spot and we were so glad. He then said not to get too happy because #1 had a broken spring! I couldn't believe I had not noticed it before but there it was - in TWO pieces. He said he may have a set of springs on the truck - he would check. Sure enough. Our lucky day - he had a set with him. He installed a new set of springs for door #1 and tightened up a number of screws, adjusted some other brackets, etc. , on all three doors. He also sprayed a lubricating treatment on all moving pieces on all doors. All three doors are now running quiet and smooth. We cannot believe our good luck picking GDM off the list on-line. We have…read moreleaking windows, the caulking job looks like a child did it, left stuff, use the wrong screws for the windows, and much more. they left a tote full of rags and came back the next morning for them I ran outside to catch them to inform them they installed broken windows. literally windows would not stay open and one window had complete damage to it there's no way they did not see that when they were installing it. if you're thinking about hiring this company for something thanks again. we are now in contact with a lawyer to deal with Hansons because they chose to contract a company that had no idea what they were doing.
