They said they checked before shipping but I showed them pictures of the defective products. The Manager Jo said she would refund me and told me no need to ship it back. But when I did not hear back from her for over a week and no response from my emails, I was finally able to get someone on the phone. She then told me the owner needed to wait for the manufacturer's response to take action. I said that was not what she told me in our last conversation and explained that they are not a consignment store. They are the retailer and they need to take the responsibility to refund the customer a defective product, not waiting until the manufacturer refund the retailer. She simply refused to refund and honored what she told me and said she'll reach out once they heard back from the manufacturer only after I asked for when I'd be expecting a response from her.
