I must say that I rarely see business cards that are worth preserving because of the lack of presentation and quality. In all under 30 minutes, not only did I have a finalized product under production, but I got to know the history behind Letterheads. But when I did not hear back from her for over a week and no response from my emails, I was finally able to get someone on the phone. She then told me the owner needed to wait for the manufacturer's response to take action. I said that was not what she told me in our last conversation and explained that they are not a consignment store. They are the retailer and they need to take the responsibility to refund the customer a defective product, not waiting until the manufacturer refund the retailer. She simply refused to refund and honored what she told me and said she'll reach out once they heard back from the manufacturer only after I asked for when I'd be expecting a response from her.

We sat with Sarah for 2 hours and accomplished 10x more than I had in all the hours I was searching online. She showed us various samples she thought we'd like and even mocked up a sample of what we could expect right then and there. She is so creative and has beautiful taste - we truly got the 5-star treatment while we were with her. After that, Sarah worked with us via email on the rest of the details and proofing process. I'm sure this was a bit of a pain for her from overseas, but she remained professional & responsive throughout. Most of all, she made the whole process fun! This is huge for a bride, as it can be stressful making decisions like these. We have guests coming from all over the world so she helped us make sure all addresses were printed correctly and that each envelope had the correct postage. She helped with verbiage for each of the cards included and made suggestions along the way as to how we could make the whole process easier for our guests. She even made sure to get a specially printed wax seal with a kangaroo on it for the finishing touch of the invite! Given that this was an error on the company's part, I did not feel either option was an appropriate resolution.
