This membership club is located upstairs from the main Terminal A. Inside the entrance, there are customer service representatives and digital kiosks to check in from your boarding pass. The seating is plentiful and there is good views of the planes outside from the large exterior windows. Inside there are bathrooms and a place to check in and get in the virtual queue for q shower if you came in from an international flight. The bar has complimentary and paid beverages from a menu on the countertop. Next to the bar area is the hot food area. This hot food was better than most of the clubs that I have been in. There was a big variety of healthy food like salads and prepared dishes in the warmers. They also had fresh baked cookies and brownies. In a few areas, there was a coffee, tea, and soda station. The club was pretty crowded but I had no problem finding seating near a big screen TV and it was quite comfortable. I wish it could say this was a better experience but the woman who was at the front was an absolute abhorrent person. We got off the elevator and there was a line and they said they were at capacity. No big deal at all, so we waited and as we moved up the next person in line was told they could go in. Naturally I then moved up and she said "no I didn't say you! " I replied I know I heard you I was just moving up. "Well move into the corner then". They have a check in kiosk and I had never used one before and had my delta skymiles card. I said oh I have this am I able to do that. She said yup all on the screen. My husband said to her "you could be a little nicer " she then says "well you could be nicer too! I know your names and I can kick you out if that's what you'd like. Don't worry I can do that". We found a spot to sit and I went to the bathroom. Well this same lady came in and yelled out last names as if she was looking for us. He said I'm right here and all she did was look at him and walk away. The food portion here was just alright reminded me of s hotel buffet type. There was an incredibly nice woman who came around and interacted with us asking if we needed anything like a drink . I had been to a few lounges prior to this and only had the most amazing experience at them and unfortunately this time this was a horrible miss for delta. read more

I love Delta lounge life. And I'm especially grateful for shower facilities in the midst of a LONG travel day. First time accessing this specific lounge and it did not disappoint. Timing is everything because I was able to reserve a shower room easily without a wait. Fresh towels, basic toiletry kit and shower necessities were provided - the room was impeccably clean and fresh. I did notice my room did not include a hair dryer. Not a big deal but it would be nice to add this feature in the future. Food offerings are plentiful. It's not the largest spread but the food was nourishing. The lounge was well staffed with servers cleaning up tables and checking on food regularly. I would happily stop in again next time I'm in A Terminal passing through Seattle. read more

A solid sky club. Plenty of space with what seems like a quiet side and then the side with the food, which also has a wall of windows to watch the planes. Food was good, they have real glasses which seems to be getting rarer and the team was very attentive. We were there in a Saturday and the crowd was light and it was a more pleasant experience than many of the sky clubs I've been in recently. A good choice if you find yourself needing some space, food or a drink particularly if you are leaving from gates A14-18 or so. read more

Very clean and nicely managed Sky Club. Scanned my ticket on my own and greeted upon the machine lit green. Flight landed early from DTW to BOS, the gate was A18, so this Sky Club was right next to it so decided to spend some time here. Saturday 8:30am, inside there were quite a few people minding their own business but the checking in counter/self scanning machine was empty. Quick check in and was able to enjoy the nice/clean Sky Club. Bathroom was very well managed, food counter was nice with food constantly being brought out. Croissant was delicious and crispy! Chef prepared hummus was really good with full taste of chickpeas! read more

I had a 3-hour layover, so hanging out at the Delta Sky Club was perfect! The lounge has a full bar, a coffee machine/hot water machine, a hot and cold food bar, and tons of seating. It's pretty clean and spacious. The bathroom only had a couple of stalls, but they were clean, so no complaints there. The lounge is big and newly renovated, but it definitely got busy while I was there. The outlets where I first sat weren't working, but I found another spot with working ones. Thankfully, there are plenty of outlets around. The chicken was tasty, and the full bar was awesome! I always have to grab a cookie when in a Delta lounge. They didn't always keep the food and drinks fully stocked, but overall, it was a nice lounge. I'll for sure be back next time I'm in Boston." read more

It comes with many perks beside the club lounge. I'm a frequent flyer so this works out for me. Delta sky Club terminal A - has friendly staff and great bartenders and delicious options for the buffet. Some days it can get over crowded and the concierge will manage the flow going in. Today showers experience was the best. Signup on kiosk and was in within 5 mins. Friendly attendant and asked for blow dryer. In past with these showers there was usually high humidity. Today cool air was blowing constantly and keep humidity down. I wasn't sweating after getting out of shower. Yea. Today was easy in and out and I wasn't sweating by time I blew hair dry. My wife and I were on our flight home from a week in Lisbon and we had a three hour layover in Boston. The TSA was well staffed and we were in the club on about half hour after landing. After a nice potty break in the huge bathroom, I ordered a Lagunitas IPA and sat by the spacious windows and spoke with the couple from Detroit next to us, they were very cool and we talked about the Lions and if I should visit Detroit. The bartenders were spectacular and the food was 4/5. Good pepper steak and lunch meat and some crab dip and really nice cauliflower and mashed potatoes. A nice spread overall and of course clam chowder for Boston with little oyster crackers. They have plenty of signs for your flights and check in was a breeze. A really nice Delta Lounge. read more

I tried both Delta lounges in the A gates section of BOS airport and this one by A18 is bigger, newer, and nicer. The lounge still does not have the wow factor that the centurion lounges have, but it was a lively space to chill out for a bit before my flight. They had a nice buffet including hot and cold foods, cookies, fruit, and a selection of beverages. There is a bar serving alcoholic drinks too. The lounge is spacious and the staff very nice. read more

I was at this Delta Sky Club over a long lay over. Fortunately this sky club made things worth my while. Finding a seat was pretty easy fortunately since the location is pretty big. I sat my bags down and found some food. The lounge has a full bar with coffee a mix of hot and cold foods. I stick with mostly colds when I travel to make sure I don't get ill while traveling. The salads were very fresh as were breads and cheeses. The service at the bar was great. The bartenders were friendly and nice and ready to service you immediately. The bathroom was clean and that is a huge plus! I was able to get a sip, get full and charge my phone and be ready for my flight. It was an amazing pre-flight experience. read more

Update: After getting brutally rejected I decided to run off to the sky club a couple hours before my flight. The pristine work environment allowed me to focus on the task at hand before a weeklong work trip. Looking to satiate my other desires I walked over to the food to mixed reaction. The salad bar choices were superior to the entree choices. The cheese, spreads, salads look exceptional compared to the rice, steamed veggies, and grilled chicken. However upon further examination the food is mostly just flat and could use quite a bit of flavor color and texture. More mustard in the potato salad, less crumbly bread, etc. Unfortunately I'll have to keep coming to this lounge to avoid my responsibilities but at least there's a nice view! read more

Wow! What an incredible lounge! We were only here for 90 minutes, but that time was filled with good drinks (soda for Husband & cranberry vodka for me), excellent service, and great food (clam chowder, lemon chicken, vegetables and more). The desserts were to die for! We indulged in cannoli, cheesecake, chocolate cookies. For the bathrooms, you just wave your hand and the doors open. They had hand lotion and soap. There was plenty of seating, usb and AC ports, and flat screen monitors for sports and news updates, as well as information about flights. There was a mouse in the lounge, I guess it's not Delta's fault, but the fact that the staff weren't bothered by the mouse because it's obviously not their first time encountering mice, was an issue for me. The staff was nice and asked what could they do to help calm anyone down, but that left a sour taste in my mouth. The lounge also wasn't that clean. There were multiple long pieces of hair left in the cracks of the chair I was sitting in, which was disgusting and made me not want to sit back. It's sad because the chase lounge i visited had folks coming to thoroughly clean seats and tables as soon as guests left, and I felt that lounge was much cleaner. The food was okay. I appreciate the hot food was sensitive to different allergies including gluten and dairy and was relatively good. I would appreciate more gf snacks like gf crackers or chips. Overall, this lounge was okay, but with BOS being a delta hub, I expect it to be much cleaner, thoroughly cleaned (no mice) and more food options. read more

Three months ago, I dropped by this airport lounge before my flight. The lounge looked modern and clean. It wasn't very crowded which was good and there was plenty of seating. They had coffee machines, tea, soda, Starbucks coffee, orange and cranberry juices, and fruit flavored water. For food, there were Belgian waffles, frittata, potatoes, fresh fruits, croissants and cookies. The standout was the chocolate croissant. It was piping hot and delicious! A newly renovated Delta SkyClub, this location was about 40% full on a Sunday morning. The lounge is shaped like a U, with the buffet and bar on the side opposite of the entry. There are lounge chairs of all types and plenty of conference style seating with outlets. Complementary water and multiple espresso machines line the walls in each section. The buffet is substantial - both corn chowder and clam chowder were available along with Mexican rice, Mac and cheese, sandwiches, a charcuterie board, cookies, baklava, and other food as well. There is more variety than a Centurion, though the food is less complex. Not sure if breakfast buffet is normally an option, but the cart with muffins was cleared out around 10:45AM. Just like other SkyClubs, basic drinks are complementary but premium drinks will cost money. Overall, a great offering that may not be as full as the A6 SkyClub since it is deeper into the terminal. read more

Disclaimer: I only spent a total of 10 minutes at this Sky Club today because I tightly timed my boarding time to my arrival time at the airport. That said, I really like this Club! The check-in process is a breeze as you check in by scanning your boarding pass and credit card (e.g. Amex Platinum for free access) and you're on your way! Super fast. It's airside and has nice windows in the large dining area. There are books here and there where you can find a quieter place to sit. There's a full bar (I didn't have time to get a libation) and a pretty good variety of food selections, plus a dessert bar. Unlike some airline lounges can be noisy (I'm looking at you, LAX T5) this one has a quiet ambience. The next time I fly Delta, I'll be coming back here! read more

I frequent the sky clubs in BOS, and between the two here in Terminal A, this one is by far the better. This particular one was update and expanded a few years ago, so it is a bit unfair to compare. The overall layout is nice, especially the bathrooms. There are two separate locations, on either side of the U-shaped club. They have automated, touch-free, doors that open when you wave your hand over a sensor, and private stalls. The breakfast is repetitive and generic; I fly mostly in the early mornings from here. read more

New and very large Delta Sky Club Lounge, near Gate 18 in Terminal A. Checking the Delta Airlines App, they show this location as a Satellite Terminal by Starbucks...one can interpret this as being managed BY Starbucks OR it is close BY Starbucks. The signs pointing to it are very large and not easy to miss. We were only directed to this location by a helpful guide in the other lounge (near gate A6), telling us it would be better to go to A18. He was more than right...this location is newer and bigger. We got through rental car return and security a lot quicker than expected, so we ended up in the terminal more than 3 hours before our scheduled departure. It is located on the 2nd floor, and the 2 elevators are efficient. The formal policy is to allow entry no more than 3 hours before your departure, but if the lounge isn't too busy, they will let you in a bit early. The lounge had a decent amount of people in it, but it is very big inside and we found a nice couch with power outlets. With wifi being strong, the time flew by and before we knew it, it was 10 minutes before boarding. With there being two large lounges in Terminal A, I would just pick the one that is closest to your departing gate (with newness being a time breaker if distance is a wash). Details: We were able to try a lot of the different things around the lounge. -- Washrooms: newer style with fully enclosed toilet stalls (i.e. doors are floor to ceiling), and have no-touch entry doors (you just wave your hand in front of sensor and door opens). There are no showers in this location. -- Food: very good buffet for lunch service. A large selection of charcuterie items: various cured meats, different cheeses, large selection of raw vegetables. The NE clam chowder that they serve at the Boston lounges is excellent, kept at the right temperature so the cream doesn't curdle, and a good amount of fresh clams to give the broth a great flavor. The other soup was Mexican Street corn soup (weird name), but it was a good choice for a vegetarian soup. -- Beverages: fully stocked. They have a Coke freestyle machine, different water dispensers. The fully stocked bar wasn't too busy, and we ended up getting mimosas and margaritas (though they didn't have any mint leaves for mojitos). The local beer was Sam Adams Summer Ale, which I have had many times and is a great beer to drink with food. We had a really good lunch here before we boarded our plane. One thing other locations have that this did not: bags of chips, pretzels. It's nice to bring that onto a long plane trip. Note that they discourage taking food out of the lounge (no easy way to wrap your food...a piece of fruit or bag of chips is the way to go). -- Views: excellent views. They don' t have an open air section, but do have views into the tarmac of the nearby gates. No takeoff/landing views though. read more

The best thing about this lounge is how clean it is. It also has spa like restroom facilities. We're here on a weeknight which is what I'm chalking our experience up to. Dinner is : mushroom chicken , dried out rice . They ran out of vegetables. They did have tomato soup and new England clam chowder which was ok. The rest of it - cold turkey sandwiches, cheese, cold cuts. There were some cupcakes for dessert. I don't know where we need to go to get some of that delicious looking cannoli and cheesecake someone else talked about. Also brought a guest for 50$ The thing that's also kind of annoying is that they have whats complimentary alcohol and then premium alcohol that you can pay for with $ or points. Tbh, I would have left after seeing the food but I was starving and now I regret staying. It's nice and peaceful, so if it's included with whatever club you're loyal to, why not. Great lounge! One of the best in Boston. It is a bit of a trek to get to from the main terminal A (luckily my flight was near this lounge). Newly renovated and stylish, with great views of the planes. There was a full bar, great coffee selection, both hot/cold food (a few grain salads, green salads, wrap option, two soups, charcuterie, and a few dessert options mid-afternoon over the weekend).
