Wish I read the reviews before booking. We are having trouble before we even arrive in 15 days. I've been planning to see what documents I need for the trip. I have the email from the Club confirming that they took our money for 2. BUT, when I log in to get my documents, the account says, "No Oder History". The site has no phone number or direct email listed, just the link to the Web Form. I've tried to send multiple assistance requests over the past 5 days and they will not send. I jumped on their Facebook page but no messaging, however, I found multiple similar complaints. We have not made it to the lounge yet, BUT reading the reviews, we might have dodged a bad experience. My first airport lounge experience was at Boston's Logan Airport, courtesy of a friend with membership. Fortunately, we were traveling together, and could while away some of the time here before our airplane was scheduled to take off. First off, it was tucked away on the 2nd floor, a ride up an elevator I never noticed before. My friend had to show his membership card, while the rest of us had our boarding passes and passports available. It was late, so there weren't many guests, and there were plenty of seating so that we were able to find our own corner away from everyone else. Food was available such as sandwiches, popcorn, fresh fruit. I made myself a hot chocolate though there was also bottled water, soda, and coffee beverages. Need to print something? They got that covered. Outlets too. Unfortunately, we also spied a mouse, which caused a bit of squealing. And they were cleaning the bathroom shortly before the Club closed, so we had to make do with the sketchier bathroom available in the hallway. read more

Meh. The whole experience in this lounge was sub-par. First, the greeter was rude and unwelcoming. He sounded annoyed that people were coming in and disturbing his tv time. When other customers entered and didn't understand him, he raised his voice asking for their boarding passes. The chairs were stained and so dirty. Try to find a clean one to sit at. There's currently a single tv with news and a board detailing flight status. The food was ok, many of the snacks in jars were stale. I didn't even try the the cold food. The drinks weren't even cold, turn down the temperature knob. They have drinks but I guess you need to special order them. No wifi except for Boston Logan wifi. Toilets are around the corner down a creepy hallway. They're renovating the space with showers. And the map looks like they'll use the space well, but until then it's just alright. read more

We came here at 9:15am on a Sunday, right after the long haul departures left terminal E and before the international evening rush. Luckily for us, this lounge was completely empty, quiet and extremely relaxing. The food selection offered cold crepes with jam and fruit, sliced pineapple, and greek yogurt with fruit and granola, along with a coffee machine and great selection of canned drinks. The food selection seemed better than the club at BWI, but maybe because this lounge is contracted with Qatar Airways. Showers are offered at the bathrooms, but like a previous reviewer said they're probably not cleaned religiously like the skyclub. Overall, I prefer this completely empty lounge over a crowded ZOO like environment at the United Club or Admiral Lounge. read more

Priority Pass Lounge. I have been to a few of these. BWI has a much better version. No open bar at this location, perhaps it was time of day but a the Club in Baltimore everyone had a bloody or mimosa. The breakfast buffet was dowdy and there were few staff. Not the best example of the brand. read more

Best things about this lounge is that it isnt crowded, partly cause its a long ways here and thru some sparse looking corridor. Lots of space here, ok food (clam chowder the only hot item). A good place to hide away and there's bathrooms nearby that are seldom used since theyre so off the beaten path. read more

Came to this lounge while waiting for my business class seat in Qatar airlines. This is probably the worst lounge that Qatar airlines has to offer, the place was dirty, the food was yucky and meager with little imagination and options. If you want a drink before a flight I'd recommend that you go to one of the bars on the terminal rather than waste your time in this joint. read more

This place is not that good at all. Nothing out of ordinary and staff are not friendly. I travel a lot and use different lounges but this is far from my favorite Last few times they told me that lounge is full and waiting list for 1:30. Great my fright time is closer than that. read more

It really is as bad as people from LoungeBuddy describe it. The elevator ride down is nice but then the walk down the sad hallway really sets the expectation at rock bottom. The guy at the front desk was welcoming and very nice, he even said have a nice trip when we left. The seating area is rather small and the selection of food was sparse with popcorn, uncovered sandwiches and carrot sticks. Not sure how you go about ordering an alcoholic beverage but my guess is you ask the front desk to ring someone out to take your order. Much needed renovations are abound though. Rest rooms are located outside on the other side of the floor of this lounge. read more

Quite a depressing priority lounge, mainly because it has no windows and the food sucks. If you aren't flying business or first I think you have to pay to get in which I don't think would be worth it. The British airways lounge is much better, but I happened to be flying Norwegian air which is super budget... So budget lounge I suppose. The lounge is located in terminal e, international departures and there are a few all in the same area. This lounge does have showers, which I didn't use but looked clean enough. The food selections were minimal, I grabbed some water and a granola bar so can't complain. Salad bar just looked sad and only clam chowder for hot offerings. read more

This is the first lounge I have ever been to (but then I went to Incheon's Asiana First Class Lounge so I definitely have some experience to compare). It is actually not that bad. I got nervous walking through the dingy basement hallway, but when I got there I saw that they have a lot of couch seating, table seating, printer, and food. We were there in the morning and the front desk guy didn't stay at the front desk, he seemed to be in the kitchen so when we arrived we were not sure who was supposed to help us, but he came out in time to take our boarding pass and information. Then I noticed that after he checked us in, he went back to the kitchen again until another person came in. The food was not bad (at least they had food, I mean I've been to lounges after this where there was just basic beverages) and they resupplied them timely. I was there on a Saturday morning and it was not crowded at all - there were maybe 6 other people there. I'm pretty indifferent about this lounge so that is why I give it 3 stars. read more

Dirty, tacky, poor selection of food. This lounge is awful and I would rather sit in the main area of the airport. I had to tell the attendants that all the water glasses were dirty and covered in finger prints. Don't bother coming to this lounge. read more

Nothing super fancy about this place - but if you want to take a shower in-between back to back red-eyes, this is the only Priority Pass lounge with a shower. It's also great for charging devices and being away from the noise outside and really get a bit of rest. Comfortable facilities and fairly clean. read more

There is one reason to come here and one reason only: Showers!! For those red eye flights arriving at 0500 it comes in handy in a pinch. It's the only one I know of that has showers and that's not an airline membership where you have to have gazillion miles and elite status to enter. There are two individual shower rooms. The one I used was a spacious room with shower, toilet, sink, and bench. Looks wheelchair accessible. NO hairdryer so BYO. They give you one bath towel. No hand towel. Be warned: as another reviewer noted, they do NOT clean between uses so be sure to use shower shoes or stand on something like towel or socks if you're a germophobe in public showers. It was generally very clean otherwise. Plenty of countertop space for vanity products etc. Aside from the showers there is zero reason to come here. Basement feel. Very limited food. Sorta dungeon like. no windows. There are two or three lounges on this level and I wouldn't want to go to any of them bc of location. Except for the shower. read more

So I just had one of the most offputting experiences of all my traveling days. After finding this place in a stinky, un-kept hallway, I was turned away because there is a "waiting list" for Priority Pass holders. There were clearly open seats, a ton of room, and the max capacity was clearly written at 160 on the wall. I live in Europe, so when the rude, unhelpful front desk attendant told me to sign in, I let her know my overseas phone didn't receive calls in America, and she was horribly unhelpful and rude. She told me it wasn't her problem and come back in an hour to see if there was room. Ahhhhhh no, thank you. Don't waste your time. Go to the Air France lounge. Much cleaner, much nicer people. 10/10, do not recommend you take the stinky voyage to this lounge. read more

Why is this subpar lounge even included in the Priority Pass list? Today was the second time that I was asked to write my name on a waiting list and than wait for over 2 hours to get in. Not a very clean place. Outdated furniture. A few guests around me were having a great time watching a mouse running behind the chairs. Definitely, not worth the wait. read more

No meat in any of the light lunch options. The food is terrible. I only stay because I paid. Of the few items on the "light lunch" menu, couple of them have no serving spoons. No self serve alcohol. I asked for a wine when I came in and I can't find the server anymore to get a refill. I am the only one in the lounge for last 50 mins. No WiFi except the airport WiFi. Can't believe how they survive with this level of service. read more

Don't waste your money and time coming here. We saw three mice within 3 feet of us near the food area. We let them know and they tried to justify it and normalize it by saying that mice in the airport is common and that they are already aware of the situation. I'm sorry but that is not acceptable for a lounge where I'm paying 39 dollars to EAT and DRINK in. This place should be shut down until the mice situation is solved. No excuses.
