Jay and another staff member assisted me in deciding what to get as I had some gift cards for a certain package, but it didn't include the level of deep cleaning I desired (I had to add some things on). They didn't pressure me at all or make anything confusing. They told me it would take about an hour and that was exactly how long it took. I waited inside and they come in and call you by your vehicle model when it's done. I was extremely happy with the work done. It felt like I just bought my car new again. Need to give a 5-star to Delta Sonic auto service. My low tire pressure light lit up when I was leaving work. It was snowing out, in my head I was trying to figure out if my tire pressure pump would work with my new car. I didn't want to have an issue tomorrow morning, so I decided to go to BJ's to get some air, but it was out of order. Then I thought maybe Delta Sonic has an air pump, so I went. While I was asking about the air pump, an attendant told me I could get air at the auto service area, pointed me to the location and let the mechanic know. The mechanic waved me to drive in, checked my tires, put in the proper pressure to each tire. I asked "do I pay you here", he said "no, this service is free!" I've never had my car detailed before, but I had a $75 gift card so I decided to get it done. The staff I checked in with was very nice and it seemed like they had a well run operation, however, I am pretty disappointed in the results. I usually just vacuum my car at the gas station, but I was expecting that they would have better tools to get into all the nooks and crannies. It does not appear that they did a very thorough job. I also asked for the dash and cupholder cleaning, but as you can see from the pictures, it looks like they just did a very superficial wipe down. They didn't make any attempt to vacuum under the seats as there are still a ton of crumbs under there. Looking around my vehicle, I don't think you would guess that it had just been detailed. The young man, by the name of Avery, was drying my car and when I went to tip him $20 he took the money, then spat on my car and said the tip wasn't enough. In fact, there was still mud on several tires so they didn't even really clean them. I threw the guy a five dollar tip but I wasn't able to get out and look at it until I got home. I have unlimited exterior & interior cleaning packages for my car. I was extremely disappointed. The associated proceeded to try to sell me a interior cleaning service without checking to see that I have an unlimited plan. He convinced my husband to get a treatment for the front floor mats which cost $15. When my husband went to pay for the treatment on the mats, he informed the associate that we have a interior plan. Unbeknown to me we were charged for the interior cleaning, mat treatment less $7 because I am a Delta Sonic member. When car was finished & we were asked to check it over, the only thing that may have been done was the mat treatment. NOTHING was cleaned. I have a Toyota Highlander, with a 3rd row. The mat on the second row wasn't cleaned, nothing was vacuumed, there was dirt on my seat in the second row & when I asked about it, I was told that it wasn't part of the service, when I know that it is. I am paying $714 a year for these 2 services & I only utilize it 2 or 3 times p/month. If I use the services more often then my price for them increases. This company is definitely taking advantage of its's loyal customers. I shouldn't have to tell an associate what to clean for these prices. Needless to say, I don't tip unless it is really warranted. I am visiting and decided to take my daughter's SUV to be detailed. Delta Sonic charged me $45.00. in Las Vegas I only pay $30.00 for a great job. Delta Sonic never cleaned out the cup holders, did not wipe down door panels and best of all vacuum the floor. my daughter has rubber mats over the carpet and they never removed the carpet to vacuum. All they did was take out the rubber mats and cleaned them. Management does not care because it is so obvious their staff is not trained. With out a doubt a child could have done a better job. I had to tell the young man to get a vacuum and then wipe out the compartments. Shame on Delta Sonic and they will never receive another penny of my money and I will be sure to tell everyone I know. read more

Has the unpleasant experience of brining my car to the "weekend crew" for an oil change. Pretty sure at least two of them had as much experience in oil changes as they did with landing aircraft. What appeared to be the supervisor (kind of like Kevin from "the office" with hair) had the personality of door knob. They pulled me in only to tell me they didn't have the oil recommended for my car - not a huge issue as the car is out of warranty and right or wrong full synthetic oil is synthetic oil especially if you change it every 6k miles. But Lumpy the manager made a big deal out of it even though it was my car and my money. Once he saw it my way some female grabbed a socket wrench for the first time in her life and proceeded to drop the end of it in the engine compartment and proceeded to walk away to work on another vehicle (filling windshield fluid a job that was well above her pay grade) On a positive note...There was one employee that understood my frustration - found the part she lost, made sure the filter was in properly and fully agreed that those two clowns he had as co-workers should either be terminated or put on towel folding duty for the car wash. Would someone please remind these people they are not chief mechanics for a NASCAR team. Pull us in, change our oil / forget the upselling / try not to break shit due to your incompetence and get us out in 20 min......40 min later and 125$ fingers crossed the engine doesn't blow up. read more

So here is my story: I have been with Delta Sonic Unlimited wash and gas for 12 years. So recently I was driving through the Unlimited wash lane when it came up on the screen that you had to accept the new price that you would be charged monthly. I then asked the attendant how I was able to not accept these terms. He said that this was not possible and that I had to accept the terms of this on the screen. I had several cars behind me that were anxious to get their car washed and I was holding up the line due to this high pressure sales tactic. It was a very unpleasant experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through. I have been a devoted customer to Delta Sonic since April 2011 and dont think this is a fair way to shove a new price down your throat. With so many car wash options out there now in WNY you would think you would want to retain your customers in a professional manner, not in an uncomfortable situation. Very disappointed. read more

I have been a monthly member of Delta sonic for as long as they have offered the unlimited program. I have gotten all of my oil changes here for all my vehicles and several other services like radiator flushes, etc over the years. I was delighted to get a coupon for a free oil change. After all, I pay every month to get unlimited car washes and often forget to come in for a month or two, and I get a lot of other services here for which I pay good money. In the past, they treated me honestly. The culture here has changed. They are no longer about service, they are about bait and switch and forcing you to pay more than they said you would have to. I received the coupon (see pic) for a free semi synthetic oil change or $30 off any full synthetic oil change. That's what the Red, white and blue card says. When I pulled up to the oil change bay, I gave the card to the guy right away and he said that since my vehicle takes a certain kind of oil and takes a lot of oil, that it wouldn't be free but I would get $30 off. I was disappointed, as I didn't see anything on the card that cautioned me about this, but the fine print does say it's up to 5 quarts of oil, so I agreed. The technician came to check my mileage and I showed the technician the same card and he said yes, I would get the $30 off when they checked me out. After the oil change was done, they informed me that not only wasn't my oil change going to be free because of the extra oil but that I was only going to get $10 off of the $152.14 bill because I was not an unlimited super kiss plus member, I was only an unlimited super kiss member. Who knew. When I told the guy that two prior technicians told me I was going to get $30 off, he informed me that they were mistaken because I am not a plus member, I am only an unlimited super kiss regular member. I wondered why they would send me this special coupon in the US mail if it didn't apply to me. So the guy said it was to encourage me to upgrade to a plus membership. I felt drawn in and cheated. They should have told me the coupon didn't apply before they changed the oil so I could make an informed consumer decision. Just returned from an outside and inside car wash. Not impressed. After the outside wash, I parked my car in the area where they handle the internal wash's and the girl there very rude. I come here all the time (unlimited member for two services), and it is extremely disappointing there is a customer waiting for his car to be serviced with NO mask on. There is a NYS mandate, and signs you have to wear a mask are laughable if policies are not enforced. I went to Delta Sonic employees about it, and they basically said their hands are tied, and they cannot engage with the individual. While I understand these employees' hands are tied, something needs to be done to protect those of us who abide by the rules to not endanger others in fear of pissing off a few. Getting gas can be frustrating here because the traffic in and out of this place is pretty hectic, getting a car wash can sometimes take forever and all that's fine because you go into the place knowing you need to be patient but what's absolutely horrible about this place is the Detail Shop! Just stay clear! I got gas, went through the car wash and then attempted to get an interior cleaning of my mid-sized SUV. I left my vehicle and sat in the waiting room, waited for about 20-25 minutes and then was called to retrieve my vehicle and the second I entered my vehicle I noticed that nothing was cleaned! I was paying for my door panels to be sprayed/wiped down, my dash to be cleaned, my floors and seats to be vacuumed and the glass on all my windows to be spotless but none of that was done! In fact, I'm not exactly sure what they did but every time I peeked through the glass (because you can see your vehicle going through the conveyer belt as you sit in the waiting room), all I saw was a 7 to 10 youths, maybe early 20's, talking to each other, laughing and flirting with each other and one of them was showing everyone something on her phone. Pretty much I gave them my car so that their staff can listen to my radio and have a good time while I sat in silence, alone for 20-25 minutes. It was pleasant break from life but ended up with me being very frustrated having waited all that time for nothing. So this is what happened... I pointed out to the young man who escorted me to my car that my dash wasn't wiped down, so he proceeded to wipe it down with his cloth. He had no spray, just a rag in his hands. Then I pointed as the side panels on my doors where there was dust and he proceeded to also wipe those down with his rag. I opened the rear doors to my SUV and noticed the seats hadn't been vacuumed and neither had the floor. He actually tried to clean that with his rag too until I stopped him and said, "Please bring me your manager." He turned to me and said that he could clean this for me really quickly and I told him, "No, no you can't clean it with your little rag and my car should have been cleaned inside the detail shop while it was on the conveyer belt and I was waiting, clearly this wasn't' taken care of and I want to speak to someone in charge here!" Manager comes out and I show him around my vehicle and pointed out the crumbs on my back seats, the dust and dirt on my door panels, my dash, the rugs, the fact that nothing smelled like it had been cleaned, the windows had fingerprints on them and he stands there listening to me but doesn't start speaking fast enough to offer me a solution so I stood there looking at him like "HELP" and when he finally started speaking I couldn't help myself, I interrupted him and asked him to please give me my money back since I waited all this time for absolutely nothing to be done to my vehicle and I told him that he should hire some efficient workers who are responsible enough to do their job. He walked inside and came out with my twenty-something dollars or whatever and I left but I was so upset that my car wasn't detailed properly and so disappointed at how they attempted to handle the situation... I personally feel I should have been compensated more, maybe offered a free detailing for a later time to use at any of their other locations or something. So... I'll never stop here again for Detail Service, only for gas and maybe a wash. Never experienced anything like this at the city Delta Sonic locations in Buffalo. Always treated so much better with more professionalism. Not sure what they're doing at this location. What a huge disappointment. read more

After 10 years of daily rides with a shedding (but adorable) dog and some long road trips with my shedding kitty cat, it was hard to see what color the carpeting and the seats were anymore. But, now! When in need of a cleaner vehicle I usually default to Delta Sonic just for the ease of it. Sometimes just because something is "easy" doesn't make it the best choice. Maybe it's because I didn't have my coffee early Saturday morning but the girl at the cashier booth started things off on the wrong foot for me- soooo many questions but absolutely no simple answers. I needed my interior cleaned and really needed the rugs cleaned. I had no idea the $10 desalt-ing only covered the front rugs until after going through the wash and getting to the detail/interior shop. While the guy in charge there made me feel a little better that the rugs would be taken care of, he didn't follow my vehicle through til the end. The young man that spent lots of time on my driver seat clearly never touched the back end of my vehicle (which I didn't find out until later that afternoon when groceries were being put inside- and all the dusty surfaces became clear in back- never even lifted the left side trunk cover even though they vacuumed under the right. All in all a half-way done job is what I got. Next time I'll take time and make an appointment somewhere the entire car will be cleaned - not just the easy parts read more

I love getting my car's interior detailed at this location. While it may be a little pricey, they do great job and I can always count on consistency. So it's always worth the expense! They even have a lot to do while you wait... whether it's eating some food, drinking a coffee, watching some tv, or catching up on a Netflix show on your own phone. They even keep their restrooms very clean in the event you have to use it while you wait! The cashier attendants (especially Michelle!) are extremely friendly and always make the wait that much easier. Great customer service is hard to find anywhere now a days.... I used to come every so often get a car wash or if the lines looked short enough an oils change however, I got new car and knew I wanted to keep it nice. I ended up getting the unlimited car wash for $16 a month over the winter. To say I was over the moon would be an understatement. I now go multiple times a week and if the line looks long and I don't want to wait..I'll just got tomorrow. I also really LOVE that I get .15 off a gallon with using my card that's hooked up to my bank account. Is it a lot off per gallon? No. But since I'm here a few times a week I might as well save some money on cheap gas anyway, plus there's not really a close gas station around on transit anymore. Today really bumped up my rating to 5 stars. I went to get an oil change ($10 off due to unlimited car washes) and I was in and out it under a half an hour! Does any other car wash compare to Delta in Rochester? The question is rhetorical because the answer is obvious. Delta Sonic is easily Rochester's best place to get your car wash. If you make the argument for Buckman's it'll probably be followed by a comment about Buckman's plaza and all that it was. But that's the beauty or lack there of in their argument. Buckman's has failed to thrive while Delta has grown and excelled. The first thing that usually deters me from going to Delta is the long lines that come with it. However, today I decided to put the kibosh on that by purchasing the unlimited package. As many washes as you want for a little over $20 a month. Worth it for me as I'd rather dedicate my hour of time I usually spend cleaning my car on time I can spend with my family. The line was pretty quick today since I went early which is the key when going to Delta Sonic. After purchasing the package and looping around my car was blasted with a soapy blast from three different power washers as I made my way to the entrance of the wash. Am I the only one that gets anxious going into a car wash. If I don't put my car in neutral the exact moment that sign flips from please pull forward to place car in neutral I feel like a complete and utter failure. But all jokes aside that's when the ride starts. Piles of suds fall from the heavens onto my cars hood and windshield as I flick my wiper blades on once. The purple and yellow lights come next followed by more mellow colors. The light show honestly calms me. It's the experience of a car wash that can brighten up my day. From the sights, to the colors and the scent. The fragrance of the soap is an aroma that I'd welcome again and again. So fragrant in fact that after I pull my car into my garage the scent lasts. It's always a pleasant surprise to get another whiff of my freshly washed car hours or a day after it has been cleaned. But my favorite part of the entire experience is at the end of the line. After you've made your way through the suds, brushes, and sprayers is the giant dryers. From completely soaked to nothing but a few beads of water l left after those dryers hit your car. It's impossible not for your car to almost completely dry as you look up and see the blue flames within said dryers. However, as much as I enjoy the actual ride the end of my experience is what lead me to 4 stars. With your purchase of a monthly package you get a wax and gloss coat as well as tire treatment. I unfortunately skipped out on that due to the long drying lines. Although they normally tend to move quick, today they did not. Its not that often that I go to Delta Sonic car wash anymore. I just can't justify waiting in long lines and then overpaying on top of it for a carwash. However one weekend when using the wife's car I accidentally spilled coffee in her car. Needless to say when I got home my wife looked inside her car she let me have it. The next day I was thinking now that winter is almost over why not take the car and get the inside cleaned out. So on Friday March 17 I took the car to Delta Sonic and paid $67 for interior and shampoo. On top of that I paid another $16 for the carwash. The interior looked good when they finished and I didn't have to wait that long. Before I left the woman told me I could come back within 5 days to get another carwash. On Sunday March 19 only two days after I had the first wash I decided to bring the car there and get my second wash. I pulled up to the station outside and gave the girl my receipt. After she looked at my receipt she says " this only good for one car wash." I told her that the woman told me I could get another one as long as I brought the car there within 5 days. Instead of letting me go through the girl stood her ground and wouldn't let me get the car washed for free. I have to say paying $16.00 for a carwash and not being able to get another one within 5 days is definitely a ripoff. I will never go there again. Delta Sonic Episilon, where all the girls wash cars in hardly any clothes (in the summer, which lasts 24 days), or in way too many clothes (for the other 341 days a year... 342 in leap years). I'm getting away from the point again. I've been to this one more often recently than the NFB one so I'll review this one too... which is basically identical to the other one I used to go to. You can get cheap petrol and cheap car washes at Delta Sonic, but little did I know you can also get cheap and fresh breakfast food. And it's actually not bad! Chains are usually limited to 2 stars at best but their fresh breakfast food earns them a nice healthy three. Although to be fair there is probably nothing healthy about their breakfasts. Or my fondness for their car wash girls. I haven't seen any major differences between this one and NFB so they both get three stars. read more

In fact, their woodfired pizza surprised me with how delicious it was when I first tried it. I subscribe to their unlimited car washes and I couldn't be happy with my car being sparkly clean. I've also gotten oil changes from them and it's pretty reasonable and they do a fine job, but there's often a long wait. It's a bit annoying that I have to walk in every time to get the car wash rate, despite being a monthly subscriber. I've been a customer at Deltasonic for a very long time. I first started when the car wash was 12.99 per month but now they go up on the price every year by 5 to 7 dollars per month for unlimited. Sad part is the service gets worse and worse since I purchased an additional service which was the vinyl cleaning conditioning they do part of the service not all the seats. They want to tell you that after they tell you, they finished the job. When speaking with the manager, he tries to charge me more to the third row of seats in my car after they said they were done. In order to complete the third row, they tried to charge me more money. Have they been discussing the beginning that was situation I would have dealt with at that time. I would've chosen to do it or not try and charge me more is almost like price gouging. It's a poor service. You often have to ask them to go back and clean tires, which is part of the car wash, but they have an excuse to mot cleam the rims. isnt that part of yhe car????? read more
