Tonight driving home from work traveling south on i15 I had bright headlights in my review mirrors. I was going just over 75mph in a 70mph zone, the truck that was riding my tail cut to the passenger side of me and raced in front of me. The truck nearly clipped the front of my car forcing me to hit my brakes. The truck continued to race ahead and approached another car this Columbia millwork Truck then crossed over the double white lines into the hov lane to pass this car. The truck did this once again to another vehicle. What was even more frustrating is after the truck passed the second car via the hov lane it began to cut off traffic to make an exit off 1600 north, I then got off with the truck to confirm the company name all I originally saw was the large Columbia logo and I was hoping to get a phone number but pulling up behind the truck I saw the whole name Columbia millwork. For this reason I would advise no one do business with this company until they have proven that they have placed safety measures in place to prevent their employees from making kisses like this again in the future. I will be contacting this business tomorrow and updating my review with the comments from management.

I contacted them initially to come fix a fridge at our business. I allowed the tech in, and had to leave. He called to tell me the repair was done. When I came to check the work (the tech was not there at the time), the fridge was not working. So I texted. And called. Texted and called some more. Finally I got the guy back, he got the fridge to start cooling down, and I was told I could reach out with any issues. I paid my invoice, even adding a tip, because he told me he moved his schedule around to (finally) come fix the fridge. It wasn't until we actually got product for the fridge I noticed it wasn't working again. I texted the technician, who said he'd look into his schedule and work out a time... So I sent a follow up text...and call,and texted and called multiple times. None of which were returned. I finally called the dispatch line. They profusely apologized and said a manager would call me back in an hour. That, friends, was a week ago. Today I called and texted multiple times. Aside from an apology there has been no follow up by Summit Logistics or its tech. The technician, Eric was business like and quick to repair my refrigerator and took all precautions in my home abiding by COVID-19 guidelines. Before presenting the bill he wiped my appliance down with an antiseptic spray to disinfect the area that he worked in. Amazing, quick, accurate, and sanitary! They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. Our leasing office gave me the contact information for Paul who is the guy in charge of the project. I gave him a call and discussed what happened and he wanted photos. I sent them to him and he said he submitted them to a repair shop. I hadn't heard back in a little bit so I followed up and he never responded. Then, signs appeared on the scaffolding saying that the company wasn't responsible for any damage caused to vehicles. Paul has yet to respond to me since his initial request for the photos and informing me he submitted the photos and it's almost been a month since this happened.
