This company has horrible customer service. I placed an online order and never got a notification that it was fulfilled or ready for pickup. I called the next day, and no one answered. I called again five minutes later, and a grumpy old guy sounded annoyed and bothered about my call asking about the order. He said he hadn't seen any order and didn't know how to look it up. He huffed and puffed as he checked whether they had the part in stock, acting like I was taking him away from other "important" work. I went to the store and bought the part. The next day I realized the online order was still pending on their site. I called the store, and it was answered, and then they hung up. Then I called again and got the grumpy guy, who got the manager on the line. The manager was cocky, told me he couldn't cancel the order, and told me not to worry about it. I told him I preferred it to be canceled, and I couldn't do it on my end. I didn't want to accidentally get charged twice. The manager told me they never fulfill online orders. What? I told him they should remove it from their site and not offer that option. He said another company would have to cancel the order. He said he couldn't. I said, don't you have a relationship with that company, and you could call them with the order number and ask them to cancel the order? Then he said, yes, he could do that. I kind of doubt he will. The young guy who is helping customers find things and is the cashier was the only bright spot and nice person in that store. I can't believe grown men don't know how to give good customer service. I approached the same clerk. He was sitting on a stool in front of a computer looking at his phone. I was told he couldn't help me as he was waiting on a call from another store. I was in the store for about 10 mins at least & the whole time the 1st clerk was looking at his phone while he waited for that incoming call on the store phone. Were they left over from last year? They were properly irrigated, along with the other new plants that are still thriving. We went to Country Gardens and complained and they refused to do anything about it, because we did not have them plant the trees. We know we properly took care of these trees and they do not stand behind their products and we will not do business with them again.
