Great family run barber shop. Employees are very friendly and kept very clean. Walk-Ins are standard but some of the barbers do take appointments. I get my hair/beard cut with Hassan and he is great, I enjoy our conversation and he does a great job. Prices are very reasonable but it's cash only and no ATM on site. Will NEVER give this place our business again. Used to come here when Ray and Joe were here. My whole family used to come here, I figured out why they stopped. Today, we sat there for 50 minutes to get our 3 yr old nephews hair cut. Michelle seen us sitting, waiting patiently while she ignored us and brought back other walk in clients before us. Really? I was able to get an appointment within the hour and made it their about 15 minutes before my appointment. Kristina was a pro and cut my hair exactly how I wanted and was very pleasant. I was greeted immediately and someone was able to help me very quickly, but there are some nice couches to hang out on if you do have to wait. It's a family owned and operated shop so the environment was great and everyone was friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and the cut was great. Stopped in today with my son and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. My son could not get in to see his regular barber so we stopped here since I know my husband gets his haircut here. The first time we stopped in they were extremely busy and they told him it would be 30 minutes so we decided to come back. Long story short, we went back, sat on the chairs and we were not greeted at all. A customer came in after us without an appointment and was taken before my son. We left and not a word exchanged. Best cut in Cleveland. The staffs awesome. Fun atmosphere and quality cuts at a great price. I wish I discovered this place sooner.
