My husband used to go here but they kept raising their prices. However his son desperately needed a cut so he made an appointment for him with Nico. The online booking system required a credit card to book the appointment and would charge him if he was a no show. However, NICO would not let him pay for the cut with the credit card. HOW is this even a business practice? Nowhere on the site does it say it's CASH ONLY or even say Nico only takes cash. So he had to go to Keybank and get cash, which is not his bank so he had to pay a $4.50 fee to get the money. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO TO WP BARBER AGAIN - ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!!!! read more

The only barber shop I go to in Cleveland. I moved from South Carolina back in January 2019 and I barber hopped over 3 different spots. My hair can be pretty difficult to cut if you haven't been trained well (a lot of cow licks and receding-ish hairline.) As soon as I stopped by here, I knew it was for me. Haircuts are $12. Walk-ins are basically the only way they do business which i love (try to go during lunch or during the week because otherwise it can be a long wait. There are 8 chairs always full. The guys who cut the hair are all super fun, energetic and engaging with clients and with one another. I've had my hair cut by 3 different guys and have loved it each time. Pro: The shop is super clean. Plenty of skilled barbers. And it's comparable to those of the same nature. They do Con: Make sure you schedule an appointment because you will wait. I wasn't informed that when I came in inquiring about services. I was told (by a woman) to come in and she can get the job done. Unfortunately when I returned, she was booked and they didn't understand why she told me that. I drove a half hour to come. They did find someone to do an undercut, however he was unable to do any designs (he didn't know how I suppose) which is why we went. Walk-ins only at the this location (appointments available a few doors down at the other location). There is free parking in the rear (some spots reserved for a bank). The design of the place is pretty bare bones and they don't clean up between customers as much as I was used to from where I had gone previously. Prices are reasonable ($12-15) and there is a $4 discount for newbies. Upon going in the rear entrance there are rows of chairs to wait in. Someone always greets you when you walk in and asks if you are waiting for someone specific or just the first available. My first time in I took the first available and lucked out with a nice and skilled barber. In my subsequent visits over a few months I went back to him specifically. I never had to wait longer than him finishing someone he was already working with which was lucky. Since then I've just been doing first available every time I go in which sometimes on a Saturday morning requires a 30-40 minute wait. read more

Extremely disappointed with this location. I have been a regular customer for at least two years. For the most part they only accept appointments. I made an appointment with their app. I was running late due to traffic, and I attempted to call the store twice. Nobody answered, which is understandable since they are busy. I then received a text from the barber stating that I am a no call no show and am being charged the full amount for my service. I was three minute away from the location. She stated she didn't have time to see me now. This is a bit aggravating since I had a premium service scheduled, and she could have easily fit a standard hair cut into the remaining hour of my appointment. I've been a customer since way before there was a Westpark Barbershop, when Pat & Zach worked at a different location down the street! Known them for years & been getting a haircut with the same barbers since 2002! Of course when they decided to open up their own Barbershop here in Westpark, I just followed & kept my regulars! This place has really come a long way since it first opened... They now have a sitting/waiting area with 2 flat screen TVs, 8 or 9 barbers working at once and a remodeled barber area with plenty more flat screen TV to enjoy while waiting or getting a cut. Every time I'm here I notice that everyone is a returning customer & has their own preferred barber, but there are also plenty of first-time customers that walk in! Well, I spent a hour in the barbershop disappointed. Didn't receive a haircut. Long wait for 8 barbers? I sat there and was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes. After waiting a hour I decided to leave. The skilled barbers talk to much. And don't focus on the haircut enough. Therefore you are waiting longer than a hour for a simple haircut. I Will not be coming back. And they don't need me to, it seems it gets busy. The main boss* I'll call him Mr California was a decent human being, and was trying. But after spending my time there, I'd only get my haircut from maybe half of the staff. Very disappointed in the wait when I was told otherwise. Especially since as soon as I stepped foot in the barbershop and by the time I left. The same clients were still in the same chairs besides 2. Give those barbers props for being quick and efficient. Cause the rest of the staff takes a hour or more for a simple fade or taper. Not satisfied. read more

I found my experience very pleasing. I showed after buisness hours on a saturday afternoon. The barbers were veey polite and gave me an excellent haircut even though I arrived 2 hours after close. On top of that I kind of expected them to gouge the price for after hours service..quite the contrary, I received a 4 dollar 30% discount for being a first time client. I enjoyed great service, a great cut, and had a ball rooting college football on the flatscreens (viewable from any chair in the shop) with the barbers. A must visit. Thankyou fellas! read more

Waited almost two hours for a haircut as I watched customers come in after me get haircuts first. When they finally noticed me they disputed that I wasn't before the little kid who I clearly saw come in around 10 minutes after me. The barber who cut my hair then went outside and had a screaming match with another barber. He came back in angrily cutting my hair, and did a rushed job.
