After searching for a car detail shop, my wife found this place. What caught my attention was the price, (half) of what everyone else was charging. I was blown away by the detailing, every nook and cranny was cleaned. I had only asked that the interior be done since someone got sick in the backseat, but on the floor, next thing I see is my car going thru the car wash and then the tires were being detailed. The gentleman that was working on my car kept going back and forth gathering equipment, I was told it would take about 3-4 hours but they were done in about 2 hours. We took our car in for detailing. The upholstery had some stains that had been there a long time, and we were hoping for it all to look better, but didn't expect we'd find the interior looking brand new. It does. They did a fabulous job! Highly recommend. read more

Where do I begin! First I pull up and the sign says 99.99 for a full detail. I tell the gentleman I would like that service, he then tells me it's gone be $150 as that sign was a special that expired. I say well that's false advertising and the sign needs to be changed. So he then says I can do it for $75 so I say ok, let's do it. I go inside to see the cashier and I tell her I rather pay after my car is done, that way I can make sure they did a good job. Then I tell her the sign needs to be changed outside, she immediately gets smart with me and says if your gonna complain, you can go elsewhere. At that very moment I should have done just that! How rude! I tell her first off I'm not complaining, I'm pointing out the obvious, the sign should be changed if there charging more. So she then tells me it's gone take 4 hours. I dropped my car off at 10am and it wasn't ready until 4pm! One would think as long as it took my car would be immaculate! Not the case, they did a poor job and then had the nerves to want a dam tip! So when I arrive to pick up my car, the cashier was already heading to her car. So she had to come back in to ring me out. As I'm at the register paying, I had my 9 year old son with me. This old pervert that works there had the nerves to be standing behind me checking out my butt. My son notices and stands behind me as he should, blocking the perverts view. As I'm done paying and turned around he says, the pervert of course your son is my kinda man, so I'm looking puzzled and this man has the nerves to say in front of my son, your son was blocking that ass. The audacity! The nerves! I paid $75 for a poor service and was sexually harassed! I will never go back and I hope that old pervert chokes in his sleep! Worst experience ever! The cashier was rude from the start but had the nerves to try and be nice when it was time for me to pay!!! Great customer service is everything! This place needs to be shut down for ripping folks off! I had to go home and wipe my windows down and clean out cup holders and some more stuff! $75 waisted! Highly pissed! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! They deserve 0 star's! The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to choose something in order to post my review!!!!!! read more

Wow, I am amazed at how Deluxe Car Wash took a dirty, dusty car and after a Complete Detailing, I have a brand spanking new car on the inside!
