I found this response surprising and unprofessional, so I left and reported the interaction to my fleet company. This place is top notch! They have a big clean waiting room with a big screen TV and free WiFi internet. I actually thought that this was a franchise business since the employees wear nice polo's with company logo and everything is professional. I was told about their customer appreciation program where for every dollar you spend you get a "CarMedix mile", once you have enough of these miles you can redeem them for free services like brakes and oil changes. The service I've been provided is bar none! The prices are fair and the automobile is fixed on time when promised. They also have a full body shop and a small dealership. Carmedix did extensive panel replacement and paint, resulting in an absolutely beautiful finished product. They perfectly matched the rare original color and replaced the 3M clear bra, as well as detailing my car inside and out before I picked it up. All the panels were perfectly aligned and the car was absolutely brand new. This happened two months after I had switched to Geico and it was an almost $5000 comprehensive claim. I was understandably worried about getting everything taken care of by Geico, but CarMedix took care of everything. I dropped my car off and a week later it was ready. They even arranged for a rental and did all the work of talking to Geico and getting everything approved and covered. I have since recommended them without hesitation and they've done body and paint work on three of my friends' cars, one of whom is extremely particular. CarMedix consistently has some of the lowest prices you can find and more importantly does extremely good work. I've definately not seen a better bodywork value.

I paid for the Supreme Hand Car Wash, which is advertised as providing attention to detail for both…read morethe interior and exterior. The package was $46 plus $5 for a midsize SUV, so it came out to almost $60 after tip. Our car was not particularly dirty to begin with. The main reason I chose this package was to have the interior properly vacuumed and wiped down, especially areas like the cup holders, center console, dashboard, and back seating area. Unfortunately, those were exactly the areas that were missed. There was still visible dirt and debris in the cup holders and around the center console. I actually wiped down several spots myself before taking the photos, and the dirt came off easily with a wet towel. The back seat area did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The seats were still folded down exactly as they had been, and it does not look like anyone took the time to put them back up in order to vacuum underneath or properly clean that area. I was in a hurry that day and did not have time to bring it up before leaving. I also trusted that the job would be done thoroughly because of the high reviews and because the service specifically advertises attention to detail. I'm leaving 2 stars because the staff was courteous, there was no wait on a Monday afternoon, and the service was quick. However, it was probably too quick considering how much was overlooked. For nearly $60 after tip, especially on a car that was not very dirty to begin with, I was honestly expecting much better attention to detail.
