Ruiz Tree Service estimate was nearly half of other estimates I received. I contacted them to do the job. We set up day work was to be done and Mr. Ruiz was at the jobsite in person telling crew what I wanted done. The whole crew was absolutely super at working together, the job was done perfectly and every bit of mess cleaned up in a timely manner. When I called and talked to my sales person because the fireplace was improperly installed no one called me back and I fixed their mistake myself. When I called to return an item I had to call and leave messages multiple times over a week until my salesperson called me back. When I just called again to setup an appointment to install the rest of my order it, surprisingly, it took more than one call to finally get an appointment scheduled. No problem getting called to take my payment, they were right on that. But any service is terrible. Other places sell the same products, I suggest if you want any customer service try someplace else.

In the winter when I asked when they were coming to trim oak he refused and pretended like he didn't know who I was. I payed 2600 for 3 trees. I managed to get $800 back for the oak. Chris put a new roof on my house 2 years ago, recently I had new gutters installed and the gutter…read moreguys pointed out MULTIPLE PROBLEMS with my roof including the whole back side of my house having the drip edge installed incorrectly causing the shingles to curl and crease, a Soft/rotted spot of the roof decking that he shingled over instead of replacing and a damaged shingle that was missing all its granules and had exposed fiberglass mat. After contacting Chris expecting a hassle free fix to my problems he immediately started to give me the run around and not showing up to fix the problems eventually leading to him not responding to calls or texts. Now after spending 10k 2 years ago for a roof and Chris not showing up to fix it multiple times I'm stuck with a mess. The reviews speak for themselves this guy doesn't stand behind his work.
