Gave my party a smaller limo than expected. With no bad a/c . Didn't even receive a discount. SMH

I 110% would NOT recommend it! The limo I rode in was not the intended limo for the Bride and her bridesmaids. The limo exterior of the limo was beaten. It was a smaller limo that could not fit all of the ladies. There was no running a/c in the back. The driver acted like he turned it on but the a/c clearly wasn't working. We all had a face full of makeup and we were in beautiful ball gowns for the wedding sweating. They also did the same thing to the groom and the groomsmen. Same a/c tactic knowing good and well the a/c didn't work. Even though the payment was for a large vehicle which I don't think they actually have.... The price wasn't discounted despite not being in the correct vehicle. Do not book with them at all! Imagine being in South Fl with no a/c with a limousine that is small with a bunch of grown ladies packed like sardines. read more

Run Down Limo, see pics. The Chrysler 300 Limo stalled in front of Breakers and later smelled like gas when the driver went to fill up the car. Had to take an Uber home that car smelled so bad. The A/C took 30 minutes to get semi cool after each stop. The bumper paint was peeling off. The top had a rust ring around it as well as the door jambs. The interior had holes in the seats and wire hanging form the ceiling. They offered to call another company but it would have delayed our trip. Waiting over 2 weeks for owner response, unacceptable! read more

We used this "Deluxe Limousine service" in early 2023 and the services were mediocre at best. They sent us a contract and payment was sent and we thought everything was okay. The day of the event, they back paddled and said that the limo we had requested somehow had a major issue and that they will be sending a smaller limo. Since, we were pressed for time we had no choice, but to accept the limo. When the limo finally came to get my party, the inside of the limo was an OVEN. You could literally let a frozen turkey thaw out in that limo and it would be thawed out in less than 10 minutes! Thats how hot it was. We asked the driver repeatedly to turn on the a/c and the driver fumbled/pretended to play with the a/c knob and kept saying, " Is it colder now" repeatedly knowing full well that the limousine was of inferior stock and quality and we had to endure the heat that ruined all of my makeup and my other girlfriends makeup as well. They could have offered us some sort of discount for the inconvenience, but business acumen they do not possess. If I could give them a negative ZERO, I would. They now are using a tactic by not allowing people to post honest reviews on their business on "GOOGLE REVIEWS" and the (Deluxe Limousine business) on google now says: PERMANENTLY CLOSED even though the company number is active and when you ask them to send pics of the limos that they "claim" they have, they send the pictures of the limos right away indicating that THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!This is a shady business at best and they are not honest people. I never leave reviews online, but in this instance, this is much merited in this case. Deluxe Limousine, I have a question: What are you hiding by putting "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" ON GOOGLE? You do know this is fraudulent and if the right agencies became aware of this, this would have serious tax implications legally speaking. Make this right Deluxe Limousine. My wedding planner contracted with this limousine company for my only daughter's wedding on April 7. I was copied on all communications with dates, times and locations of pickup and dropoff. One pickup was the groom and groomsmen at my daughter's new apartment. The other pickup was at my home for the bride and her bridesmaids. A couple of days before the wedding, I called the company and offered to pay in full so that neither the groom nor myself would have to worry about paying the drivers when they arrived. Their office agreed and the amount was paid in full. Big mistake! Both limousines were 40 minutes late picking up the bride and groom before the ceremony. As we walked out the house, I was horrified when I saw a black beat up stretch Hummer instead of the beautiful stretch white Range Rover that I ordered after seeing it on their website. Then I heard my daughter screaming at the top of her lungs from the interior of the limousine. When I ran over to see what was happening, her and her six bridesmaids were yelling that it was "hot as balls" inside the limousine. When I went over to the driver to find out why I not only had the wrong limousine but there was no air conditioning, he was not dressed appropriately, was extremely unprofessional and claimed that he had been driving around for 30 minutes looking for the address and then said "I'm just the driver lady, I don't maintain the cars." At that point we were besides ourselves as to what to do since we were already late and we had a 30 minute drive to the ceremony. My daughter said let's just go. I called the company and argued with someone in their office for 30 minutes on the way to the ceremony where they accused my wedding planner of giving them the wrong address for both pickup locations and claimed that when they arrived at both locations, there were lockboxes on the doors. And since they couldn't find the address, they sent away the white Range Rover and ended up with the Hummer. I told him the address is my home for the last 24 years and there is no lockbox on the door, and if you had the wrong address, how did you eventually arrive at the right address. It was all lies. By the way, the limousine that finally showed up at the groom's location had no airconditioning either. There was no explanation given for the lack of airconditioning. Not only was the entire bridal party hot and sweaty and makeup ruined by the time we arrived at the ceremony, my daughter was completely distressed and did not hear the beginning part of her wedding ceremony because of her distress. And the Hummer limousine was in bad condition inside and out and should not even be a part of their fleet. (See photos attached). Several days later I eventually got through to Ray (the manager/owner - even though he denies being the owner) who continued to stick to his story that we sent them the wrong addresses and then he hung up on me. He then called back apologetic and offered a credit back to the credit card. After a week and a half I still had not received the credit. After calling again, Ray now he said he would send me a check. After several days of not receiving the check, I sent an e-mail with my disgust at this unethical and shady behavior. Miraculously, a couple of days after that e-mail, I received the check in the mail. Suffice it to say if you want your wedding day to be a beautiful experience, please remember the limousine has a direct personal impact on the start of your day - this is not the company that will make it happen for you. Stay away! They eventually resolved the situation by giving me a refund on one of the cars, but the profound negative impact my daughter and all of us experienced on her wedding day cannot be reversed. As mentioned at the start, if I had not paid in full before the wedding day, I would have not needed to track them down for a refund. In fact, they may have not shown up at all, and they would have had all my money already. Do not believe the positive reviews. At the very least, their service is inconsistent. Contacted the company by yelp and received a prompt reply! Rented the hummer limo for my sons 21st birthday party! Limo was beautiful and clean and the driver was on time, professional and friendly! Patient in dealing with 15-20 21 y/o boys! Had a great time and will use Deluxe Limo for any future services! read more

This company is a scam. They were late picking up the bride and groom before the ceremony and claimed it was the wrong address for both homes. The bride requested and paid for a Range Rover, they sent an old beat up black hummer with NO AC. The driver was not professional and wasn't dressed appropriately. The bridal party's makeup was ruined because the ride was a 45 min drive to the ceremony. The 2nd car, Chrysler 300 was also old and it's engine made a loud sound. Ray claimed when the driver went to BOTH addresses there were lock boxes on both homes. The same addresses was sent to the photographers and they arrived early but for some reason according to Ray, we sent him the wrong address but eventually he magically found the homes. When we questioned him about sending the beat up Hummer and not the White Range Rover he stated they had to send the closet car to that address and that according to the contract he can change the vehicle. We regret we paid them in full before hand and had the worst experience ever. After the wedding I called asking for the name of owner and all he kept saying is his name is Billy. The person I spoke to I believe was Ray, but when I asked him who am I speaking to the name changed to Jose. I regret not taking a video or pictures of the limos. Deluxe limo continues to conduct the same fraudulent practices. Believe me, pay the extra money and use another Limo service. read more
