They are all really helpful with what you want and they all call you by name once they get to know you. Your hair cut looks great after and they don't just talk to you to make "chit chat", they're actually concerned and interested in what you have to say. Also, they will actually tell you what's going on where and why. So it's not just got there and sit and wait for a hair cut. So if you ever want to try a new place I'd suggest them because for one it's local and two, they are all more helpful than just waiting for a tip and trying to get through a hair cut or a colouring. They also do nails to so if that's another thing the misses needs its worth checking out. My daughter-in-law had gel for pedicure and I just had a regular pedicure. The bill was $120. The price was about what I would pay in my really nice spa. The operator was extremely rough and quick. We were all done in less than an hour and it was no pleasure at all. It just hurt. She was all by herself and was fielding telephone calls and enquirys at the desk while dealing with the three of us. I compared the first set with the second, and it was completely different. When I brought it up, she told me to pay another 1k for new hair. The quality of it was compared to the cheap aliexpress /amazon real hair extensions I get. Quite upset at the customer service, especially since I tipped well and was also very understanding. These extensions need maintenance every two months for a year by the stylist that installed them and now she's taken all my money and refused my business going forward.
