My 11 y/o daughter and I went in for pedicures for both of us, and dip nails with tips for her only. I intentionally got the 70 minute pedicure so she could get her basic kids pedicure with polish and move on to her manicure so I could kill some time. To be fair, the woman who did my pedi was fantastic, and I insisted on paying for mine and my daughter's services separately so they could both be tipped accordingly. I tipped her 20% as I normally would. The gentleman who did my daughters pedi and mani seemed clueless. She asked for a single color on her toes, and a very basic, simple design on her nails, which I would be happy to show pics of if this app would let me. We were there an additional 2 hours (minimum) after my 70 minute pedicure just for them to do her nails. Once I spoke up to my daughter about how long it was taking, they had someone take over and replace the guy, and she quickly finished the design and did a great job. Again, super simple swoops of single pastel colors for easter on each plain, unpainted nail. They gave me a 10% discount on her bill. Over 3 hours for a child's Pedi, dip nails, and the simplest design you have ever seen (we have been there and to several other salons where she had gems and hand drawn designs that were much more intricate and it never took anywhere close to this long for the work to be done). I thanked them for the discount, still gave a 15% tip hoping most of it would go to the person who jumped in at the end to finish the work quickly and efficiently, and left. We will never go back, and this has been our go-to nail salon for a while now. 10% wasn't even close to the amount we should have received as a discount for the amount of time wasted. This is the second time they have spent and exorbitant amout of time on my daughter, and I feel they are using kids nails for training sessions for their employees at this point. Regardless, no excuse for it taking this long. Again, I wish I could upload pics to show just how basic the design was so readers could truly understand that it would never justify the amount of time, and money, that we spent today. To add to everything I have already mentioned, once we left, my daughter (who was too shy to speak up at the time) showed me where he hit her cuticles multiple times with a file of some sort, and she has scratches that clearly bled around her nails. After multiple experiences at this establishment over several years, I'm sad to say I would NOT recommend going here especially for manicures, dip nails, design, and/or for anything that has to do with a child. If you get the cheap pedicure they don't charge you for the gel. But if you the most expensive pedicure for $80 then they charge you an extra $20 for gel polish. Now that to me seems like robbery. I have been here a few times and I've seen amazing work from all nail technicians, but I've started consistently going to Amy. She is so cute and very sweet and patient with her customers. On top of wonderful customer service, she does amazing work!! Now I'm a simple woman, so I don't do anything too extravagant, but she always leaves me feeling beautiful with a PERFECT manicure. I called ahead and they said they didn't have a wait. Came with my 2 sisters. One got a chair and was half finished before my other sister sat down while I still waited. I am 33 weeks pregnant and sat for over an hour waiting for a chair. This is the second time this has happened to me here. We wanted to get them done together and I understand sometimes we can't get a seat at same time but this was ridiculous. There were 2 employees sitting next to other employees talking and not taking people. A employee told me I could sit and then said she was mistaken because someone with an appointment just walked in so I had to go back and sit and wait for another 20 mins. Both of my sisters were done before i even got offered a seat so I decided not to get them done so they wouldn't have to wait on me since I drove. This is the second time this has happened. I also came here for my engagement nails and they were very lazy and sloppy work and was very disappointed. I rarely get my nails done and my last 3 experiences here have been bad. I will not be coming back when I can give my business elsewhere. I would appreciate if they would have told us on the phone an accurate wait time. we arrived 3 mins after calling so it should not have taken over an hour to get a seat with multiple employees walking around and sitting next to other employees talking instead of taking costumers. read more

Was in town for a short time and came here to get my nails done. I got a gel manicure and it is horrible. Like the worst I've ever gotten anywhere. My family was waiting on me so I did not say anything in the salon, and I do not want to waste what little time I'm here visiting on going back to get them done again. There fuzz/ hair under 2 nails, and a spot where the old polish was not completely removed, so it's all bubbled up and uneven. Most of them aren't even completely covered. I have been to Deluxe Nails three other times with no problem. This time, the lady cut my toe while rimming my toe nail. My toe was bleeding. it still hurts three days later. Also after three days my index finger gel polish came completely off. I stopped I last night around 5:00 pm for a basic manicure- which ended up being super basic. I had just clear nail polish on and by my first meeting at 10:00 am it was already peeling off . The guy doing my manicure kept getting talked to by the owner? And I felt like I was being rushed out. I went in to have a color change on my gel polish. First the guy came out rolling his eyes like he didn't want to be there. He wore air pods the whole time and didn't even try to converse with me. He did not soak or wrap my nails to remove any he old polish. Instead he used the nail dremel to remove it. I told him several times that it was causing me pain but he ignored me completely. The icing on the cake was when he FELL ASLEEP painting my nails and painted up my hand/arm. When I looked at my nails I realized he had painted all over my fingers with the gel polish. He had to use cuticle cutters to cut all the dried polish off my skin. After that awful experience, I wasn't offered an apology or a discount or anything. I went to a different nail tech at a local spa to have that polish professionally removed 2 weeks later. Only then did I realize the true damage he had done to my nails. Some spots on my nails had been dremeled through all the way to the nail bed! My nail beds were red, bruised and BLEEDING! I was crying while the nail tech was trying to remove the polish as gently as possible. It has taken me 6 MONTHS to get my nails back to some appearance of normal with the use of nail strengthening polishes, cuticle oils and lotions. I will NEVER go to this establishment again!! read more

This was the worst fill I ever had. Have had nails since 1982, the guy rushed thru and cut a couple of my cuticles. Won't let me wash my hands when he was done, and didn't clean under my nails. Couldn't understand a word he said. Very bad service. I wouldn't recommend a visit to this place. And they are very over priced for what they do. Bad, bad, and bad. read more

I really really wanted to like this place because it's so updated and pretty inside and they just have sooo many color options and it's in such a good location. The marble looked okay on some nails and some were awful. The nail techs apply the acrylic SO thick and bulky that it's too hard to ignore, they did attempt to try to make things right but just made the nails even thicker. read more

i've gotten my nails done here only once before and it was fantastic, excellent quality. i am here waiting to get my toes and nails done again, and i've noticed that their wait times are outrageous. the first time i came i let it go, thinking maybe i came on an off day. but nope. i showed up an hour ago to get a pedicure and full set done but because of this ridiculous wait i only have time to get my toes repainted, not even the full pedicure, and get this set of acrylics i got on now taken off. the quality of work they do is amazing, but the horrendous wait just ruins it for me. would not recommend unless you don't have time sensitive plans or you make an appointment. edit: i changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. After posting this review, the owner (or whoever was running the store today) gave me a very sincere apology and gave me a discount on the services i received. i still wouldn't recommend if you have time sensitive plans after you get your service, but the techs are very friendly and clearly care about customer service. and if you have time, the wait is definitely worth the quality. read more

Went to get my nails dipped along with my teen daughter that was getting a pedicure. We waited almost 45 minutes when we arrived because they were busy. They took my daughter back to do her pedicure and then I had to wait on her for the same nail tech to do my nails. Not sure why 2 different people could not have done us at the same time. 2 hrs later, I walked out with a dip that was the wrong color than what was picked. I went in as a walk-in. I made it to a technician quickly. The technician did a great job. He ensured that I was pleased with my nails. I gave the business a 4 star review because the young lady working the front desk was incredibly unfriendly. She never greeted me AT ALL when I arrived. When I was paying for my nails she seemed very put out that I wanted a copy of my receipt. She walked away while I was signing the merchant's copy of the receipt. Had my first set of acrylics done today and was able to get right in. Looking at the other reviews there were complaints about the wait time. I did not have to wait. I got a manicure and pedicure. I had a flight delay of several hours and called from the airport to see if they had an appointment at 6:00pm. They said they yes, please come. I took an Uber from the airport for $15 and arrived a little before 6:00. I waited until 6:20 as a tech finished with the client he had when I arrived, then he got on his phone. The receptionist said I could go to him, but he refused to take me, pointing to another tech and saying he would take me when he finished with his client. At 6:30, the second tech finished with his client; the one on his phone who wasn't working sent another lady who arrived after me and didn't have an appointment, to the person he'd said I was waiting for. Looking at me and realizing that he'd told me I was next, he motioned to his station. I explained that I no longer had time because my ride was now 15 minutes away. He said "ok, sorry," insincerely. He then greeted a friend who was waiting for a manicure, didn't offer to do his manicure, and left. Rude. Just rude. A different man came to see what I was waiting for. I explained I was out of time. I was here three weeks ago, and left extremely satisfied with my nails, I asked my nail tech for a card with her name on it, I planned on going back to her. I called 5/23/22 to make an appointment with my previous nail tech for 5/25/22. I told them the specific nail tech that I wanted, they supposedly booked the appointment. I tried telling him what I wanted but he completely dismissed me. We sat down and he started doing them and he started doing all black and I didn't wanna say anything, I was scared to sound rude or something. We got done and my friend told them that wasn't what I wanted and they tried making it my fault. We asked for a discount and at first they tried tried to deny us, telling us that we should've said something. My friend kept insisting a discount and after minutes of discussion they agreed 15%. For the price it isn't worth it. I was asked "coffin okay?" then charged extra for "special shape." I was not told it was an up charge. The nail tech was unnecessarily rude, kind of rough, and rushing. Before tipping, I ended up paying $70+ for a pretty basic set. I'm not at all likely to recommend or be returning any time soon. I'm actually pretty underwhelmed and disappointed. Despite all of this the service was quick and the salon appears to be very clean. If your looking for a short & more basic set I would say this may be the right place for you otherwise I would recommend going elsewhere. read more
