The man working there was a little rude when helping to start my nails soaking, but ultimately, I saw Nala, and she did a great job and seemed friendly. I scheduled two more appointments after that and the third time I went, she forgot I wanted a pedi, but it was fine. She did it. She gave me her number to text and schedule, but she responded 4 days later, saying she doesn't answer on weekends and only takes walk-ins on Fridays. I went on Friday, and she's sitting in the chair on her phone, so I think I'll get right in. She tells me I have to come back, and she's waiting on another lady (although she told me she doesn't take appointments). She told me to come back. I waited for her to see what the lady wanted done to understand timing. She said about 45 mins so when I asked if I could come back at the specific time (45 mins later) she told me if someone was there before me I'd have to wait, but she just waited on the lady before me. Huge contradiction. So I leave and text asking to schedule two weeks out and she never responds. I call the salon and she doesn't answer the phone. Now a day later and she's never got back to me. I got a mohawk that I had intended to slick back with product. The mohawk was supposed to go down the back of my head, but veered off to the right and care wasn't taken to properly shave off hair next to the mohawk. I have to wear my hair messy to cover up the uneven shave. Maybe the back looks like that on purpose? I don't see the vision. And, it's too short to do much for the back. I don't think I'm coming back... 1 star for the botched look. (I think I just have horrible luck because even normal haircuts never look good.)
