Scammers. Dont buy from here unless you speak french. Drove from Toronto to pickup a car after…read moreworking out the deal ahead of time and speaking to Anthony Bessette and Mathieu Deschenes. They changed all the paperwork and did not give me english copies after driving for 8 hours there. I asked before hand that no additional insurance or warranty is added and yet they added both and tried to scam me. After speaking with Anthony and Mathieu they tried to blame the language barrier after they both lied and told me I asked for those things despite texts proving otherwise. Tried to contact the dealership management - Eric Bessette and Anie Bessette both ignored my emails and phone calls. I emailed multiple times to try and speak to management but they are coward scammers. Once you sign the paperwork these people will ignore you.

We know it's last minute but Joey the owner was able to solve our problem. Such a relief! What a fantastic guy! We were totally distraught because we had rented somewhere else using their on-line app and got confirmation for both the truck and the payment. When we got there, we continued with the app to add driver's info etc (as the app indicated) but once there were told it doesn't work that way. During that time someone else was renting our truck. They no longer had a truck for us and all my people were waiting to start the move. What were we going to do?! The Delvan owner, Joey, said he would do all he could to get us a truck which he did. He's an extraordinary person, there should be more people like him serving customers. I highly recommend them and they are now our *go-to* for rentals. Thanks again Joey!! Suzanne
