    This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had…read more I made a reservation for a 7-passenger Van on July 6 because my family needed to travel to Toronto for a funeral ceremony. I received a confirmation email with all the reservation details, and Enterprise charged 204.27 CAD to my account, confirming that my booking had been processed. However, when I arrived at the Enterprise Brossard branch (8200 Boul. Taschereau) at approximately 4:00 p.m. on July 8 to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that there was no van available under my reservation. The Branch Manager, Valisoa Ramaroson, along with Michael Blyth and Ryan, were extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no empathy or respect. They claimed they had tried to contact me because my phone number was incorrect. However, I had already received the reservation confirmation by email, and all of my booking information was correct on my end. They were unable to provide a clear explanation as to why my confirmed reservation had not been honored or why I had been charged. Instead of trying to find a solution or offering any assistance, they asked us to leave the office and even threatened to call the police if we did not. This treatment was completely unacceptable, especially considering that my family was traveling for a funeral during an already very difficult and emotional time. A confirmed reservation should mean that a vehicle is available when the customer arrives. Failing to honor a reservation, charging the customer, and then treating them with disrespect is simply unacceptable. I have retained all of the evidence related to this incident, including my reservation confirmation email, my bank statement showing the 204.27 CAD charge, and records of my communications. If Enterprise Canada does not properly investigate this matter, issue an appropriate apology, and promptly refund the amount charged, I will seriously consider pursuing the matter through the appropriate legal channels to protect my rights as a consumer. I am extremely disappointed with this branch and cannot recommend it to anyone. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with the Enterprise Brossard location. I sincerely hope Enterprise Canada investigates the conduct of this branch and takes the necessary steps to improve its customer service and accountability. Regards, Amir Mohammad Ferdousi,
