He asked me to send him some photos and we corresponded to agree on price. He was available the next day, and we agreed on a time. He was there before I arrived, and installed the sign quickly and easily - it only took an hour! I was so impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness - and I have to admit, I actually still haven't heard back from a few of the other handymen and it's been days! Don was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a few options for installation, while also providing me with his opinion on the best one. The sign looks fantastic, and I was happy with everything from his availability, pricing, professionalism and quality of work. They will ask you to pay everything up front, and then compromise for taking small money draws. Don't do it! Not only did this company fail to complete the job and after taking my money, dollars, they also stole tools and appliance from my home. Not to mention, I'm almost certain heavy drugs were brought on, and used at the property.
