I was very specific about wanting my windows cleaned, I must have mentioned it 3-5 times when talking to the guy. My car was not dirty by any means when they got it but my windows were kind of grimy. There are still streak marks on the front windshield on the inside on the passenger side. What I care most about was that the driver side was done well so that is a positive. They also did a good job on the clay/sealant they used. For $150 ($130 plus $20 tip) I would have expected my windows to be spotless though. Don't know that I would have them come back out to do my car again. They also don't take Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo which was weird because they're mobile. Update- they came out and did my windows after I called and let them know they were still pretty dirty. Once they rectified the issue, I would definitely call them again.

So, I went in there because they're the only shop that was open in Alpine, California. Bill the owner had advised me that to diagnose it alone is $115.00, then what ever the issue was.. they would go from there. About 45 minutes later, I was told that I needed to replace the glass window itself, it would have to be special order, and it would take a few days for it. First of all, I'm only in town for the weekend. How is that even possible, our resort will not valet it nor we can even park in the parking structure due to the window not closing... Just great! So, I spoke to the mechanic Chris, a very nice gentleman, who had explained everything in details. Also, he resolved this problem in the meantime. The guy texted me 90 minutes before our scheduled appointment saying he couldn't make it. I left an honest review on Facebook that he has since taken down, sharing my experience with his company. He then texted me back threatening to find the company I work for and leave them a bad review to "see how I like it". It's very unfortunate that he's choosing to be vindictive and continue to harass me over the honest review. It's hard to find honest people who will do what they say and who want to work. I understand things happen and people have emergencies but is it likely to be true, no. Especially since he was online advertising during that time as well and had plenty of time to harass me via text and calls when he could have been doing the job.
