Do not hire DeMarino Painting! He took our deposit that we paid back in May. Our contract says he was to start June 9th (he didn't). A month and a half later, we asked for a refund of our deposit which he agreed to. He keeps saying he is going to send us the money, the money has left his bank account, etc., but we have yet to see it (over $3500). Poor communication, dishonest, and untrustworthy! read more

Anthony Demarino is a scam artist. Please do not give this man(boy) your money. we signed a contract first week of November and Gave him $750 . We were moving into our new home and trusted him with the code to our new house and to complete the job in the week he said it would take . I asked him 3 days Into the contract how the job was going as we wanted to give them space to get it done and he said it was going great. We were so excited to see the house and when we came here on the 4th day nobody was even here. I confronted him and so did my son and then he said he didn't want to move forward with the job and he would issue a refund. He said time and time again he was having trouble with the bank as we noticed he said the same thing in a previous complaint. We have been trying ever since being patient to get our money back and now we have to take him to court. I was told that Anthony didn't even live here that he lives in Cincinnati so everything he was telling us about being here was a total lie!! please do not give him your money. Scam !!!! read more

Anthony did an amazing job on my project. He was kind, efficient, and great at what he does.

Anthony came and gave me an estimate to remove border in two rooms and paint the entire downstairs. His estimate was 40% less than the other two bids I received. He said his team would have the job done by Friday. He was able to come a day early and get it done by Thursday! I never saw a "team." It was just him. He was very professional and respectful. Why didn't give him 5 stars? He did not wash the walls after removing the border. Therefore, under the paint you can see glue streaks at certain angles. Also, he did not remove the outlet covers.... just painted around them. I asked him to remove them before he completed the job and he was happy to do so... but I felt like he was cutting corners. I shouldn't have had to ask. If you want a perfect result, just remember, you get what you pay for. Anthony, if you pay a little more attention to the details, you could charge more.
