Despite full payment, the completed work is of poor quality, and we have reason to believe that Zac Mumaw has engaged in deceptive business practices as he hasnt provided us with bond info for the job, receipts that are required because they hold the warranty for materials, and has ghosted us and stopped all communication, etc. Photographs of the substandard work are attached, highlighting issues such as damaged gutters, a compromised roof, and faulty doors.
