She had the difficult task of helping us submit claims to both our private insurance and the HOA insurance, both of which didn't want to pay their part. We were also faced with labor shortages, supply delays and slow insurance reimbursement but she magically made it all work. She exceeded our expectations in everything she handled. They showed up on time and were friendly and were thorough in answering some of our questions about how to extend the life of our area rug and carpets. They cleaned the rug, couch, and a few rooms and added a protectant to the rug. I will say (and I feel like this is like anything) they did upsell and what we ended up paying was definitely more than we expected but I don't think that was on them really, we booked knowing the base cost they just did their job and sold us on extras.
