We had mold and rotted flooring due to a hidden but apparently long-standing water leak. We had the good fortune to choose Superior to remedy the problems and they did a terrific job. They were patient in answering our questions, prompt, easy to reach, and thoroughly professional. We are fully confident in their work. Nice people to deal with, too. We had a water leak that caused a lot of interior damage. Superior Restoration arrived quickly and mitigated the problem. They or their subcontractors then proceeded to repair or replace all the water damaged flooring, walls, etc. Everything was done professionally, in a timely fashion and at the agreed upon price. I needed someone to come to my house, inspect and give me a rough estimate for the work that needed to get done. Since it is clearly advertised on their website "FREE ESTIMATES," I thought this would not be an issue for Superior Restoration Services but apparently it is a problem. I spoke with a technician and expressed how important it is for someone to come out as soon as possible to give a rough estimate of cost, and I clearly communicated that I understood that there was a chance that some work may be hidden and there may be additional costs once work started. The technician flat out told me that they "do not and are not able to do estimates." WHAT THE HECK, WHY ADVERTISE YOU DO WHEN YOU DO NOT HONOR YOUR ADVERTISEMENT? Then comes the best part...I told the tech. I really needed someone to come out and at least tell me what I was dealing with and give me a ball park idea of cost...he said he'd have the call center contact me for an appointment time. Out of courtesy, I let the tech know that I was considering other companies for the work, that I wanted to make sure I got a few estimates before choosing who to go with. When the call center got back in touch with me, the gal (who was very nice) expressed that she "understood that I was under financial hardship and that I was in a pinch, " but "they simply "do not offer free estimates and..." Honestly I cut her off; I was infuriated that the tech. told her I was financially incapable of paying for their service and assumed I wanted something for nothing. I told the woman in the call center that I was offended by their assumption that I was incapable of paying for the service and that I was merely doing what every intelligent human being paying for a service should do: shop around for the best quality, best price & best customer service before dishing out dollars from my pocket book. Even if Superior does good work [ I am assuming as they came highly recommended] and I choose not to support a company that makes such awful assumptions about potential clients AND who provide FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. All I am saying is they need to treat people respectfully and back up the services they claim to provide on their website. I requested they do not contact me again. I am saddened by their lack of respect and their horrible customer service. If they didn't want my business they could have simply expressed it rather than to accuse me of being financially strapped and unable to pay for their service. It is disappointing that I was punished for price and quality comparison shopping. read more

I had my 2 cloth rocket swivel chairs cleaned, they where about 5 years old.. I made the mistake of choosing a white with blue print, while stylish, not practical with 5 grandkids 3 dogs and 1 grand puppy, 3 sons and a husband. We love our chairs... but they looked rough... WONDERFUL experience! I needed my carpets cleaned fast and Superior Restoration came to my rescue. Monica was so helpful from the moment I called and Nick and his partner got the job done quickly and well. They were very careful with the house. Moved an area rug so it didn't get messed up. Lifted tubes up the stairs instead of just dragging them. Even cleaned up the few drops of water that were in the entry when they left. They did a great job and I'd highly recommend. We received a quote a couple days before we arrived from Scottsdale (see attached) Yelp estimate .... Hi Kathy, Jay And Marla sent you a message on Yelp: Owner Subject: RE: Message from Kathy E. for Superior Restoration Services "I would estimate around $200-250, As of now, we would be able to schedule it for the afternoon on the 8th. Please call our office at 928-774-9147 to schedule. Thank you." and when the guy came to clean the carpets, the quote he gave us was $485, what???!!!! Obviously we cancelled, and was told "that the girl that gave us the quote was new". AND he wasn't going to to the whole job bc we decided that the carpets were not in need of the cleaning (it is a rental property). Beware!!!! read more

I couldn't decide if I should give this place three or four stars. They were really good, got us in within twenty four hours after another company was a no show, were really friendly on the phone and in person, did a great job at cleaning the carpets, and a pretty good price. Now for the bad part. They showed up forty minutes late. Places that do that drive me nuts. But since all their good out weighed their one bad. I would probably use this company again. read more

We were very pleased with Superior Restoration. We had a water leak from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Our insurance company sent SR to dry the leak and we were so impressed, we had the company remodel the bath, install a new tile shower, and complete some other construction projects we never managed to get done. Everyone was professional, polite, on time, and very responsive to any question or concern we had. Their work was flawless and the couple issues we had with the subcontractors work was remedied very quickly. I highly recommend this company. read more

This company has a new owner by the name of Jay Tubbs. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They will break your stuff, try to do work that doesn't need to be done to make a buck, the office Manager Monica is horrible to work with and you will regret letting them into your home. Another local contractor told me that he has taken over atleast 5 jobs that they have been fired from due to the horrible service they offer. Save yourself and your home. They made our life a nightmare, and by the sounds of it from us sharing our experiences we are not alone! read more

These guys are awesome!! We had a major water leak emergency that required three days of drying in three rooms of a vacation home. The General Manager, Chad, was the guy on the scene with his trusty crew within 15 minutes of my call. You can't even get a police car to your house that fast these days! I knew from the moment I shook his hand that this guy had good Zen and would treat us right. He was honest and forthright about what he could and could not do and he looked you in the eye when he told you that. As he predicted, he was able to save the carpet, but some of the wood laminate flooring was not going to make it. (Side note: That stuff doesn't suffer water leaks too well. Seriously think about it before you install wood laminate in your house. Maybe tile would be a better option for your new 'hard material' floor.). If you've got a water problem, Superior will solve it. Not only that, they are general contractors and can do all the work start to finish, and, they are experts at working with your insurance company. These kinds of life events are stressful, it's good to have business like Superior to guide you through them. read more

I have used Superior Restoration for 2 different floods in my homes. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Monica was fantastic! She worked with the insurance company for payment which made the process a lot less stressful. Both times my home looked beautiful and was all put back together and clean when they were done. Superior Restoration clearly earns the name, they delivered exceptional, quality service and helped us through a very difficult situation resulting from burst water pipes. We were particularly impressed with their professionalism, and their careful demo techniques that ultimately saved as much of the existing structure as possible, so some pieces could be reused during rebuilding. This was a large insurance claim, and representatives from Superior Restoration Services toured the property not once, but twice with claims adjusters, providing the needed documentation and pictures to secure the best reimbursement possible. Additionally, representatives were instrumental in gently helping me to take appropriate steps to minimize damage, I would not have necessarily thought of the details and steps without their guidance.
