This place is a scam. I filled out info on their "ADU calculator" on Facebook which promised an adu estimate within 30 seconds with no visits so that other contractors won't rip you off. The "adu calculator " then says I need a phone Turns out this is just another contractor using slimy tricks. I got a call from this company. I told them about the the adu calculator issue. They said it was a problem with the website. I asked what the costs are for a basic ADU. She said "around $100K". Then she said it would be around $250K. I said what do you get for $100K. She said "nothing ". I asked why she threw out that number. She gave me a bunch of excuses like that she hadn't worked there long or she was unauthorized to give numbers. Either way this is just another contractor rather than a legit ADU calculator and they likely have no interest in actually giving objective real world estimates Stay away from them! read more

The quote we received for a project, it turns out, was approximately double the cost compared to other companies. The guy who came out was pushy and trying to rush us into making a decision right there and then. The visit was for a free estimate so we can compare and decide on which company to go with - not to make any hasty decisions based on business pressure tactics. I'm writing on behalf of my parents who had work done in 10/2024 with Dor Nagar who promised us that we have a warranty for one year. After a few months, the artificial turf that they put in has popped up out of the ground. When we call, they continue to promise that they will fix it but we haven't had anyone come in. In fact, they went so far as to schedule an appointment with us, but then didn't show and didn't reschedule. We've tried calling them again for a few weeks but no response from the company. They were also supposed to remove a tree per our contract but didn't do that. I really hate leaving poor reviews but my parents are really upset with the service they have received from this company and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. We'll be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs and will be taking legal action for their breech of contract. read more

I have a relatively small back yard which was mostly decomposed granite and mulch. I wanted to have it redone in a way that was more friendly and comfortable and less dusty and dirty for our two dogs. I wanted to keep away from real grass because of water and maintenance concerns, but was extremely wary of artificial turf because I've seen so many bad installations where it looks like an uneven carpet with visible seams. I got quotes from a couple of companies which were both very similar.
