I called to make sure they had the balloon and told the young lady I would be there in the evening to pick up. Party Place is nestled in the corner of Burtonsville shopping center. Getting into this shopping area can be complex but I was able to find a spot this Saturday evening. The store is small but has a vast variety of balloons, party decor, utensils, holiday decorations & more. A young lady name Ena assisted me and she was super sweet & pleasant. I walked through the store while she blowed up my balloon and I ended up adding a few more balloons along with some decor for the table & cake. The Party Place will now be my go-to spot for balloons & more. They are affordable, the store front is clean, there's no long wait and service by Ena was great. I went in for 1 item, came out with 6 lol.

Showed up this morning at the store and the tables (which were in good condition) were ready. The person waiting on me (I think the owner) helped bring them and put them in my car. Price for the daily rental (pick up today and return tomorrow) was very reasonable. My event was short, so I returned the items this afternoon. Smooth process. Highly recommend for equipment rentals. Had an opportunity to walk around the small store, which has a supply of party items, cards and lots of balloons. Will very likely shop here in the future for my rental and party needs.

Easy to set up with an open floor plan. Tables and chairs were also part of the rental. There were about 85 people at the event abd we had space for a DJ and photo booth. Temperature was a little hard to manage. There was plenty of parking on the lot right out front and the location was just off the beltway so super easy to find. I would recommend.

We had looked all around for a certain item my daughter needed for a birthday party. The manager I think her name was Kristie was especially nice and helped us find what she needed. Although they didn't have the exact item we wanted she pointed us to something that worked for us just as well. My daughter is autistic and doesn't do well in public but the manager made her feel like she was in charge and she opened right up to her. My only gripe about the store... why in the world don't they sell greeting cards?
