We couldn't call you because our lines aren't working correctly. So in other words they can't pick up any phone and call you to let you know about your item. Their business is open for business but yet they're unable to conduct business. I could not get my $20 back because it was not going towards any bill, because the clock had not been repaired. They can take the $20 and sit on it. Unfortunately they are going to run this business in the hole, something that Krause family has built up over decades.
