New ownership requires $20 down payment for any item you take in, that you get back after your item has been repaired, or goes towards the bill. They say they will call you within a week for an estimate, but they did not. I called twice and left voicemail messages with no return call. Then I walk in and see my clock has not left the building yet for repair after a week. She stated oh he was here yesterday to look at it. We couldn't call you because our lines aren't working correctly. So in other words they can't pick up any phone and call you to let you know about your item. Their business is open for business but yet they're unable to conduct business. I could not get my $20 back because it was not going towards any bill, because the clock had not been repaired. They can take the $20 and sit on it. Unfortunately they are going to run this business in the hole, something that Krause family has built up over decades. Do not waste your time your money or your breath on this new ownership clock repair. It is so not worth it!
