For reference, she is 12 and pretty skittish around any kind of examinations, but he made her feel super comfortable and at ease, always telling her what he was about to do and asking if that's ok. After he assessed her, he said he didn't think x-rays were necessary, but gave me that option if I wanted them anyway. You know he just isn't trying to charge you for the sake of driving up a bill.
