Aparently, she tried to do the fillings when they should have been root canals to begin with but she did not inform ME of this. She saw the pulp in one of my teeth and did not tell me (which left a nerve exposed). Later, after she refered me to a Endodontist, she informed THAT doctor that she had seen the pulp in my tooth so the Dr. that she refered me too even agreed she mishandled this badly. So, I paid her for two fillings, resulting in pain and root canals, when they should have just been root canals to begin with! If she had just told me that and not tried to make some extra cash, I would have been a loyal patient!

This office caused me so much stress that I transferred my child to another dentist for a second opinion. Turns out only 1 of the 3 molars they claimed needed treatment actually needed work. That alone says enough. SCAMMERS ! Oh and they don't tell you the charges until arrival. I've received 3 different charges for one tooth and a surprise text for a balance owed. Contacted Human Resources to have the 216.00 charge removed after paying $130 and having Aetna insurance. The wait to tell you the charges part of the strategy & then they have you sign the estimate to throw in your face that you signed it. Organized CRIME, on to the BBB for my next review on them... The front desk staff were nonchalant and unhelpful throughout the process, and management seemed more focused on swiping cards than properly running the office or helping patients understand charges and treatment plans. I guess those fancy decorations and showroom-style furniture have to get paid for somehow. . Don't waste your time here it's all about the money and charges. They will use up your insurance just on fees and up sales, and also have you to pay out of pocket. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
