From my personal experience, here are the main key points that I think you need to know (both good and bad): 1) They do negotiate. 2) They do not charge any extra fees (no dealer fees, no bogus package add on fees, etc). 3) They do not pressure you in any way; very quick easy used car buying process. Temp tag had expiration date of May 11, 2023. Ad expiration date grew closer, called and left messages on voicemail..no return calls. Went by the location at least 8 times, no one ever there. After temp tag expired had to go to the Dekalb Tax Commissioners' office to get an extension. It is now June and I still do not have the title nor tag and no one had not returned my calls. They were paid by cashiers check for the car. At this point I consider the sale fraudulent! Guess I'll have to get the legal authorities - criminal and civil involved. Don't walk, Run Away from this fraudulent business!
