From my personal experience, here are the main key points that I think you need to know (both good and bad): 1) They do negotiate. 2) They do not charge any extra fees (no dealer fees, no bogus package add on fees, etc). 3) They do not pressure you in any way; very quick easy used car buying process. Mark (the salesman) was outstanding. 4) They let you test drive their vehicles alone (they do not accompany you on test drives). 5) *MAKE SURE YOU GO GET AN INSPECTION DONE WITH YOUR OWN MECHANIC BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING ONE OF THEIR CARS!* I failed to get a professional inspection done before I bought my used car from them. *WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF BRINGING MY CAR HOME, I HAD TO PAY $2,300 IN REPAIR COSTS.* 6) Took 2 months to get my title. 7) Do not tell them you are paying with cash until the very end! :) read more

Buyer beware!!. The cars are not worth it. I brought my car in September of 2022. First few months the car was okay then the tire sensor was not good. Gave it to them to try to fix they tried to keep it for two days. Who can give up their car for two days. Never got that issue resolved i took it another mechanic.Situation resolved few hours. TIRES/sensor was the next thing. Replaced them all. Then the alternator and starter got pthat fixed. Then the windows stop working.Got that fixed. HEAT/AC FIXED THAT. The lists goes on and on. Oh let's not forget this BS mechanic plan.. All awhile NO resolution from turn and burn. BUT THEY WILL HOUND AND. HOUND YOU FOR THAT PAYMENT!! Texting and then harassing whomever you put down as your reference about you not making a payment. This starts after day 1 of not making ur payment. No grace period they are all about the money. Keri will act like she a helping. She's NOT!! Can't even change your due date. She says this only done if they're an extreme situation. I had changed jobs and pay period was different. To change it was an ACT OF CONGRESS. I had to take off work go up to the office from Hampton..I had this car for about approximately 2yrs and GUESS WHAT !!! I still owe the same amount when I got the car. UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Car was 12,000. I put 2000 down. And as we speak I still owe 9500.. Soo basically 500 went to the actual cost of the car. RIDICULOUS . My payment is $400 per month. Again I brought the car in SEPT 2022..20 months later I've paid Turn in Burn $8,000 none of which has gone to the prinicpal of the car AND I STILL HAVE 2 more years to go. . I will NEVER refer ANYONE TO THE PLACE.RUN DONT DO IT .. RIP OFF!! CARS ARE JUNK. All I've done is rebuild this car. Advertised on thing online. Called and told a separate story. Arrive to the lot and get the "Full Disclosure" which should have been stated in the ad but alas nope. In the end, no sale. Direct Ad: "2008 Nissan Altima - Only 117,000 miles, Very Clean inside and out. Has minor cosmetics but very minor. Nice Tires, Good Air, everything works. Car runs and drives excellent but title is marked as Salvaged. Vehicle CANNOT GET A TAG or operate on the Roads until it is Safety Inspected. What part of the DIRECT AD do you all see "For parts only"? 4) Ok. Let's test drive. Then the disclaimer became "because it's not legal you can't leave the lot." No worries while test driving in the lot... THERE'S a LOUD sound. Again, I could care less about the Salvage label but don't post an ad saying: "everything works" "Car runs and drives excellent." The sound could only be heard while accelerating which leads me to think - it's coming from engine. A serious knock. 5) The "deal" never materialized as stated in #3 as the question: Us: So how much is the deal? Got the answer: What's online? Us: Umm, 2k but what's the deal? Stop look and listen! These are the GOOD GUYS! As good as it gets! As a used car guy who has bought a LOT of used cars in his day, I can smell BS a mile away and I run like hell! You will NEVER feel that way with this great family. I truly believe that they are the most professional considerate used car dealership that you can find. I will shop here first. Turn and burn sold me a LEMON and I paid off a 6,000$ car for it to break not even 4 months after buying.. IV had issues with the car since the purchase.. water coming through the windshield and sunroof.. radiator permanently damaged.. Iv spent more money in repairs then I have for actually driving the car!! I don't know how they have so many good reviews but DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM TURN AND BURN. It's been the worst car buying experience Iv ever had in my life. I moved to Georgia May of 2015. The day that I arrived, I happened to take notice of the sign Turn and burn motors, on the side of the freeway. I didn't know at the time that in a few months from then, that I would be in need of a car. I remembered the dealer with the name that I had taken notice of a few months prior, and decided to give them a try. I ended up buying a car, and the process was as easy and comfortable as you could ever hope for. They were friendly and above all, easy to work with. The car is now paid off, and outside of an oil change and changing the tires out, I have had, zero problems with the car. I am now in the process of buying a second car from them, and have absolutely no apprehension about it. Dana sold us our chevy blazer. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase. She was very upfront and honest about conditionsof the vehicle's we looked at. No one was ever pushy with us, we felt very comfortable throughout the process. The cars are very much priced to sell, the upfront Carfax report made our decision much easier. Will highly recommend them. The only complaint we have was the lack of a public restroom. My wife had to use the restroom during the process and we had to use the QT restroom while on a test drive. I don't know what to say. The staff was nice, but I wish they told me what was wrong with the car since I'm the buyer. Bought the car for 2500 and as soon as I left to go home, had to get it towed to a shop. The engine started acting up and smoke started coming out of it. Was told yesterday by the mechanic that someone had tinkered with the car or tried to fix it, but made it worse by blocking something in the engine. They can't fix it and it would have costed more to take it someplace else. Now I have to sell it for scrap. It made me sad and mad because last November I had a really bad accident that destroyed my truck so I got money due to the lawsuit against the other driver. I finally got a car that I was told the only problems it had was the ac not working and power control steering, and it just breaks on me. I felt proud of myself then when that happened I broke. I don't have any money to put to another car so now I think I have to finance one. I don't appreciate being lied too at all. read more

I didn't research cars - I researched dealers, and Turn + Burn's positive online reviews led me to drive from Marietta to Conyers for a car. My research paid off. Excellent, professional, low-key. I walked around the lot, and no one came to start pressuring me about looking/buying. Their prices are set for the most part and bring a mechanic with you to look over what work may need to be done, as with any used car place. Not at all what you'd expect from a used car business-the entire staff is welcoming from the minute you walk in. Shannon answered all of my questions and made the experience feel like hanging out with an old friend rather than a car sale. I took my mechanic to the test drive-he found a very small issue and asked about it-this is when I really saw the heart of the business. They took the van in, checked it, confirmed the issue and gave me a price reduction on the spot because they were not able to correct the issue (my mechanic is going to be able to take care of it and now I can afford to have it taken care of). This is an 'as is' lot; they didn't have to give a reduction so I could have the issue taken care of-this is when I knew I was in the right place! This use to be a nice place, but now they suck! Never will I go back there! Brought a car the first time it was fine, son total it out. Went back a second time got treated horrible! They repoed my car cuz I was 5 days late! Got it back tell them the engine leaking oil! Nothing was about to get it fixed they repoed it again! Finally I said you can have the damn car!
