To busy, not a big enough job, to far away, wrong equipment, all legitimate reasons, I live between Hermosa and Key stone on Highway 40 so its not very convenient especially for a small job like mine. I left a message with these guys and Ashley called me the next day. She said it was out of their territory but had a job coming up later in the summer in that area and they could get it done for me. This conversation was in June. She called me in late July and said they would get it done a couple weeks after the rally when they finished in Hot Springs. That job fell through. She knew a guy that might be able to to the job and would have him get in touch with me. Ashley told me if he didn't call within a couple weeks to call her and they would come down and take care of my tree for me. That is what kind of company that will take care of you, its a two hour drive one way for them. The guy they recommended call me within days and my tree and other slash removed within two weeks. Tree Wise Men made no money off this job but made my day. Don't know to many companies would put that much effort in just to help a person out. Bravo! Doesn't get any better than that.

Not only was I able to get a new key made successfully that worked with the electronics in my car but I also picked up two locks that I have been looking for in some of our properties. Bryan is very knowledgeable and does a great job. All the people who work there are helpful and friendly. They sell safes and security systems as well as providing locksmith services.

Called again and finally a young woman came out to measure our wall and give us an estimate. We waited 10 days for the estimate, no response, called again and were told we would get an estimate within two days. It never happened, we never ever got an estimate. This company should have just been upfront with us and told us they prefer to do commercial and not residential jobs. We wasted 6 weeks with this company. Horrible. We ended up using Competitive Masonry, they came out right away and did a beautiful job.

With the move, we then got bogged down and apparently it was not written, just saying our admiration to Olga personally. We hasten to correct our oversight. Our house purchase coincided with the hottest moving time, when crowds were leaving California. Houses in every state were flying out like hotcakes. And when we were desperate to find a house, Olga came along and helped us out. We did not even come to see the house, trusting Olga, who came to Hot Springs especially for us and showed us the entire house in real time on video cause it would be a long drive for us from California to take a look in person. Olga then found us a competent lender who gave us the best deal. And now we live in our dream home, in the middle of pine trees enjoying the nature.
