I would like to address a recent interaction I experienced with a store manager named Stephanie. As…read moreI walked by, I noticed an employee and politely said, "Excuse me." There was no response--no acknowledgment, no eye contact, no gesture of any kind. I genuinely wasn't sure if I had been heard. Because of this, I politely repeated, "Excuse me." At that point, she responded, "Yes, I heard you. What do you need help with?" in a manner that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It is important to note that this individual is a store manager. While professionalism should be expected of all employees, it is especially crucial in leadership roles. Unfortunately, the interaction did not reflect the level of customer service or professionalism one would expect from management. Thankfully another store manager Gabe was happy to help me. I would give him five stars but Stephanie messed that up.
