So as I procrastinated on this for a year' I got frustrated with the irregular wear pattern on drivers front tire. I FINALLY followed their advise, and had the camber kits installed with of course a full alignment (Great price for that too). Well the results were far better than I could ever have imagined. The car actually handles better and more precise than when it was new. My report on the before/after reading clarified this. The car was now in perfect alignment. You might be greeted nice or you will be spoken down to, yup mostly spoken down to. I'm a super nice guy and give much respect and don't deserve the attitude. They overbook cars all the time . And if you work night shift or 3-11 shift and tend to sleep on in the day they have your car, don't . They will call you if they find a slight problem with your car, in which they usually always do, at the crack of dawn and if you don't pick up or call them back they will start leaving very nasty snarky messages on your voicemail. Very unprofessional overall . Prices are good but parts not so much They put tires on my car that they claimed to be top notch and when I got my inspection they were all bald and I hardly drive the car. I just don't trust them . I took my brand new car in for an inspection, and they insisted that I needed to buy new wipers…read morefrom them in order to pass the inspection. They cited streaks which they were not able to show, and told me if I left to replace it I would have to get a whole new inspection, essentially charging me for two inspections unless I payed for the parts they wanted to sell me. I took the car immediately to the Ford Dealership, which found no issues with it and had no problem passing my inspection as is. The car is brand new, with only 3,000 miles on it, most of which were put on at the dealership which replaced the wipers and everything before I drove it off the lots. I heard them tell at least two other people that they also needed new wipers on their inspections which further makes me suspicious that it is just their current parts selling scam. I intended to file a complaint with the state inspection agency so that this type of thing does not keep happening to people. I have been using Jiffy Lube for a long time, and while I was not going to need to come in as frequently as I just got a new electric car, I certainly had been recommending it to all my friends. They have lost a life long advocate and customer from this experience.
