The process for Holy Names, Albany, incoming seniors has been a fiasco so far…read more We got a letter that was supposed to include a client ID to allow us to register for a sitting. Nope, not on the letter. And I wanted to get this done asap because the letter stressed that appointments are limited (how can that be since we are REQUIRED to use them and ALL girls MUST have a senior picture for the yearbook, right? So, I called the number in the letter for an hour, no answer/no machine/nothing. Then went on-line to get another number that I called. Advisor gave me the client ID then asked, "Well, do you want to go on line to set up a sitting?" Now, why would I do that while I had a customer service rep on the phone already? She then asked me, "Do you want the $150 package?" I was shocked. No where in the letter was there mention of any packages other than $38.88/$28.08/$17.28. She went on to explain that this was the intro package that basically gave us a free sitting. Since I didn't have any info on that, I went for the Ultimate package that she kept quoting to me as $36. Went back and forth on that one before she explained that $38.88 included taxes. Oh, it gets better. Rep then offered me two sitting option--for June 15, at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. Those times and that day are during finals week at the school. She said those were the only appointment times available. I said, "You can't tell me that between 2 p.m. when I got this letter and now, which is 4 p.m., that all available appointments have been taken already, and those are during finals week????" She had no idea, but still had those two appointments to offer. She also said that they add appointments every day, and I could call back every day to find a better appointment. Well, wasn't that nice of them..... Holy Names families are being held captive by this company that is NOT user friendly, efficient or reasonable. Other AHN families from previous senior classes have experienced problems with this company as well. I'd advise steering clear of them if you can. If you can't, like us, beware.

The lady tells me come Friday today and as long as you get there by 4:30 her pic will be taken!!! So after taking the day off and getting her hair done and makeup done I get to Victor High school and they left already! I am beyond livid someone should have called me and now I am out of the money I spent on her hair and makeup today regardless if it was just a year book photo!!! So unprofessional!!!!!!
