Unfortunately communication delays occurred thereafter and the initial date (5/21) to have photos taken did not transpire. Alternate dates were suggested and I readily agreed to 5/29. Time was wasted expecting a response from Emily, which to date has not happened. As a consumer, I was initially eager to work with Emily and ultimately ended up disappointed by the lack of follow-up.
