PECU charged my account for auto insurance even though I have always have a policy in effect. I have been in communication with Anjahre Scott with PECU and thought we were on the way to getting it settled, but today I received notice from Experian that they reported my account late 30 days. I have sent two emails to Ms. Scott with no reply. SWBC only refunded a portion of the amount they charged me. The relationship between these two companies seems somewhat suspicious. Plus I've never heard anything good about SWBC.
