It's an older house and with a leak in the crawl space that should make it ineligible by the VA's own guidelines. The inspector caught it and we submitted a request for repairs which was accepted. She said she hired a plumber from Texas to do the work. She then said that everything is repaired, so I pay to have another inspection. The leak is better but not fixed and a toilet is still not secured to the floor. Afterwards the repairs are submitted as completed and I have a 3rd inspection done. There's still a leak under the house and the toilet was still not secured to the floor. Regina comes over to explain that the seller is not willing to pay for anymore repairs. Then she says that the plumber she hired (from Texas to do a job in Nevada) said they would have to breakup the concrete to actually find and fix the leak and they weren't willing to continue on the job. So she knew there was still a leak and lied about it being repaired. She also called the va pest inspector and told him that the repairs were done so the VA would fund the loan. I don't know if she was asked to do this by the seller or if she was simply misrepresenting him but I would think her actions constitute fraud. I would advise people to be very cautious when dealing with her.

So I spoke with Brylle who I thought was a very nice young man and was very presentable and professional. He left that day saying they would get back to me in a couple days. Well that couple days turned into a week and then they just didn't call back after awhile leading me on and treating me like my time is not valuable. Marshall is a professional and has been in the realestate game long enough to know better than to treat a customer like this. Especially someone who has said such good things about you. Marshall you make enough money that if you are not interested in doing business with someone , if you don't want to deal with buying a property instead of leading people on , just leave an automated message. Here's an example for you. Hello this is Marshall and I am sorry but I don't think I can make an offer to buy your home at this time but please consider us for the future.
