Jack, the owner, is especially helpful, friendly, and laid back, he is there to help and answer any questions, but never pressures you into purchasing anything. On one occasion I took to him a thin gold chain that had gotten tangled very badly, he worked on it (I think for a few hours!) and managed to get it untangled- he didn't charge me a thing for the service! I also came back 3 weeks later to get my wedding band resized and we asked her to please call us back when both rings are ready for pickup. Lori was so nice to keep checking the status of my rings, which kept things moving along. We were called a week later saying that both rings are ready for pickup.
