However, after looking at photos, Andriana took exceptional care of my ring at all stages, from mailing to communication to setting up the repair with the jeweler. My husband and I have been together for 20 years and he said it was time to upgrade my engagement ring. We were in the area and my husband asked if I'd like to go in and take a look to see if I can find something I'd like. We walked in and were immediately greeted, asked if I needed any help and I said no thanks I'm just browsing. They said if I have any questions to please let them know. I walked the whole store, except this one little spot that some customer was blocking. They finally stepped away from the last spot I didn't get a chance to look at and there it was, I fell in love. Loredana (Lori) asked if I needed any help and I pointed out to the one that caught my eye. As I held it, it just got better and better, every angle was beautifully made. She asked my husband what his budget was and she came back with many options of diamonds we can choose from. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. After we were done she said it'll take about 5-6 weeks for them to fit the diamond. I also came back 3 weeks later to get my wedding band resized and we asked her to please call us back when both rings are ready for pickup. Lori was so nice to keep checking the status of my rings, which kept things moving along. We were called a week later saying that both rings are ready for pickup. I'm so excited that it's finally on my finger, I can't stop looking at it. She also gave us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine. After about a month, he got me an update on the ring ! We went to the store together and met with Andriana ! (Omg She's really the greatest) She made sure I was happy with the upgrade and had no problem meeting my needs. After getting my upgrade, Andrianna spoke to her manager (who's also amazing) and got my fiancé Brian and I three nights cruise trips, a bottle of champagne and a block of their milk chocolate. I had such an amazing experience getting my fiancé the perfect engagement ring at Two By London. I met with Andrianna who is absolutely amazing!! She's a gemologist for starters and I instantly could tell she knew what she was doing. We sat down for about 30 minutes at which point she asked me all kinds of questions and we discussed details I didn't even know I had noticed in diamonds at other stores. After that conversation, Andrianna went into the back to begin her mission to find the perfect stone and she nailed it!!! My fiancee purchased my engagement ring here which I absolutely love. I had come in previously, with him, to see some styles. They had exactly the style I wanted (roung cut center with cushion halo) while every other jewelry store told me this style simply didn't exist. I don't know the details as I let my fiancee make the final decision but they customized the ring exactly to his liking. Prices are fair. They won't dupe you. I have to preface this review by saying it has been a long, arduous, teeth-gritting experience going through hope and heartbreak cycles with a fair number of jewelers over a year's time. We were so tired of salespeople at this point we started looking online for alternatives. Which brings to me to how we came by Two by London. It was actually through an online jewelry retailer that sends its products for show to several B&M jewelers including TBL. We'd worked with a couple of the staff in the initial stages of seeing loose diamonds there. The person who first met my fiancée and I there was very patient and didn't try to dismiss what we wanted. What she did was much, much better. She showed us exactly what we'd be getting with our money with our original choices and then offered to show us some similar and ultimately better in-house diamonds/rings. Although we had a certain budget in mind, I secretly thought I could go a LITTLE over that if what I saw gave me enough goosebumps. My fiancée is very discerning with these things as she's been into jewelry and diamonds all her life. We were shown a lot of low-to-mid quality stones before TBL that were being passed off as "cream." After all the jewelers we tried out, TBL had me immediately wishing we'd found them FIRST. Zorana and Christine and the others who sat down with us were all super professional, knew that we knew what we wanted and didn't try to patronize us like others had or make us believe we didn't know about diamonds as much as we did. We walked in thinking we could only get what we wanted from a custom ring until they showed us rings from a designer my fiancée loves but could never find in person until now. It didn't take too long or too much convincing as I'd finally had that YES! moment in my head. That was back in August. Now that we're getting married next summer we're planning our return trip for the all-important bands. I look forward to working with them again and would recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday. P.S. My fiancée still looks at her ring every single day. We consider this the "commoner" section of the store (consisting on London Jewelers, David Yurman, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier etc) This is where we met Richard D. Richard is incredible! I'd recommend him to anyone. He's helpful, easy to get in touch with and extremely kind and knowledgeable. One of the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere, not just at a jewelry store. This place was great till it was time for the wedding. I researched tons of places before actually buying the ring. One of the questions I made sure to ask all the places I went to was, "if I buy the ring here, will I be able to rent that much worth of jewelry for the day of the wedding?". I know its an odd question, but it was something one of our family friends brought up some places do, one being kwiat in the city. I decided to go with two by London because of how close it was to home and to be honest the lady dealing with me was awesome. What sucked was that when it came time to pick up the ring, she told me it was actually her last day. Was sad to see her go. Fast forward a year later we went to look for wedding bands because we were promised some sort of discount if we purchased the wedding band there as well. Only thing was, a simple band for myself came out to almost 2k with the discount and even more for her. So we went elsewhere. Then about two weeks before the wedding we asked how we go about renting the jewelry like we were promised, they told us to come back the week of the wedding. My fiancé, at the time, went in asking about the rental the week of the wedding while I was at work. Thats when she was told that all of a sudden that this was not going to be honored because we didnt buy the bands there. Something they never specified when I bought my almost $15k engagement ring there! I was furious when my fiancé called me on the phone with this confusion. So I called the store myself where I was met with the rude manager. She wasnt having it and offered to maybe let us rent something that was less than half the value, which was basically nothing since everything they had there was so expensive. I was furious again since this was something I specifically asked them. I proceeded to call the customer service line to place a complaint. The owner called me back and started defending his employee. He stated that he has a policy that says we have to buy a band there to honor the rate, that he cant go off what we were told several times by an employee that left there, that he made me look like a hero because he at least offered something ( How do I look like a hero if you are telling my fiancé that they cant honor what they told me and instead she can get cheap looking jewelry to rent. When he said that he also made sure to emphasize they would have to have a hold on my credit card for that amount insinuating I probably couldnt afford it). After much back and forth he then conceded and said he would try to work with me for a little bit more and he would call me back. Never called me back. read more

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at TWO by London. My extended family and I have been London Jewelers customers for years and have come to know that their service and craftsmanship​ is second to none. I turned to TWO by London, ​not to purchase jewelry, but to have some pieces redesigned. I had some "old fashioned" pieces of jewelry that I wished to have "modernized". I needed help with ideas as well as a way to complete the​ process perfectly. Although I did not have an appointment, I was greeted by Andriana Manukian when I brought my pieces with me to the store. She is phenomenal​ and displayed the highest level of class and pressure free professionalism when discussing my ideas and desires for the redesigns. Her guidance, knowledge and artistic design ideas are exquisite. She offered me options for all redesigns as well as accurate estimates for the cost of all work offered and completed. Together, we redesigned many pieces which were completed to perfection. One particular piece required a more complex redesign and Andriana kept in touch with me by phone and email throughout the entire process from the first inspiration images of the jewelry to custom model renderings as well as the final rendering. For the final appointment, I was once again greeted with Andriana's grace and charm and the​ redesign turned out to be​ even​ more beautiful than I could have imagined! TWO by London was also able to provide me with an appraisal of my pieces with their in house gemologist, Mark Reyman! Do not go here. Here are my experiences with the incompetent staff. I waited six months to write my review on here to give this establishment and their staff an opportunity to make up for our horrible experience as they promised. This promise was never met so here I am: My husband bought my engagement ring here from a male employee who was actually helpful while we were in contact. I met him once upon coming in after the proposal for a resizing. The many times after I came, he was no longer an employee there. My engagement ring is beautiful. I am very happy with it. The problems began, continued and perpetuate with our marriage bands. Naturally we returned to Two by London to purchase our wedding bands. Most of our visits from this point forward resulted us in the vapid hands of a young, entitled female employee who made one mistake after another. To sum it up, she measured my husbands incorrect hand, wrote down incorrect measurements, ignored my requests and specifications with respect to the style wedding band I wanted and resulted in my husband and I having to return back four extra times due to her continued mistakes. We do not live close by making this incredibly inconvenient for us to continue coming back, especially due to their own employees mistake. We almost didn't have my husbands wedding band for the wedding due to the constant mistakes of this simpleton. Further, my husbands wedding band is a disgrace. It is terribly scratched up and looks like garbage. It's embarrassing considering how much money we spent not just on his wedding band, but my own as well as the engagement ring. If his wedding bands material was prone to scratching, this information should have put forward by the staff. This is not the symbol of our marriage we anticipated. In regard to the ongoing situation, the manager Christine told us she should do a social media post on Two by London's Instagram for our own business in which we just opened. This was instead of the champagne and champagne constantly offered to us to mask the situation. I emailed photos in October to no replies until I followed up. The reply from Christine said she would send it to management and get back to me. Months and months passed so I followed up last week exclaiming my disappointment. Christine emailed me back quickly claiming she was waiting for me to send more photos. Playing stupid when I have email correspondences to back up the conversation is extremely disrespectful. I do not care about them social media post. I care about the fact that promises were made and they were complete bs. I care that despite dropping over 20k (perhaps that's not enough to make us worthy), we still underwent unprofessional treatment and suffered the mistakes of incompetent employees. For their location, prices and presentation, one would expect much more. read more

I went to Mark Reyman to get my engagement ring appraised at Two By London in Manhasset and I couldn't have been happier with the service. He is very knowledgeable, super attentive and is willing to answer any question you may have regarding your diamond. The session took about an hour but it was super insightful and helped me learn more about my diamond. He gave the diamond a thorough cleaning under my watch and walked me through each of the steps in appraising the ring. He even spoke to the designer for me when I was curious about making alterations to the ring. I highly recommend him and would definitely go to him again. read more

The Manager Christine went above and beyond to take care of me and my fiance, can't even put into words how happy I was with the treatment that we received. The rings came out better than I could have ever imagined! My fiance choose a pear shape diamond and the setting was remarkable.
