I can be a pain to work with on scheduling because of my job but they always get me in. Offices are really nice and are recently upgraded. They also have TV's over every chair with wireless headsets so if you are getting a cavity filled you can try to drone out the buzzing of the drill.

I had one appointment that never made it into their system. I have had botched work due to Dr. Swalsky's haste twice that caused unnecessary pain, time and expense. I changed dentists after a long time and am happier now, even with the time they devote to the patient. I guess I had forgotten what it's supposed to be like. Dr King understood my fears and explained the procedure his dental assistant stayed in the room the whole time and kept checking on me to ensure I was doing OK. He also recommended "gas" which I gladly accepted. Since then I have had a few dental procedures with no issues. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and I find his dental hygienist professional and courteous. The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with the variety of dental plans that they deal with to ensure that everything is covered or if needed assist with the paperwork for financing.
