The waiting room is no longer the welcoming place. All the furniture has been replaced with ugly 1970s dingy used looking stuff. Receptionist only kind of friendly. I waited 15 minutes. The hygienist was the same woman who brutalized me last year and I asked not to have her again. Surprise! She didn't use the mobile light to see into my mouth as she cleaned my teeth. Not that it really matters but it has to make things easier to see right? She was marginally more gentle but I still had to say OUCH more than once. That has never happened to me. And now twice. And she said my teeth were perfect so why did it hurt so much? . Bottom line- the place looks shabby. The staff doesn't seem happy. I don't get a good warm feeling about this place anymore. I miss Dr Laurie!

I can be a pain to work with on scheduling because of my job but they always get me in. Offices are really nice and are recently upgraded. They also have TV's over every chair with wireless headsets so if you are getting a cavity filled you can try to drone out the buzzing of the drill.

Dr King understood my fears and explained the procedure his dental assistant stayed in the room the whole time and kept checking on me to ensure I was doing OK. He also recommended "gas" which I gladly accepted. Since then I have had a few dental procedures with no issues. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and I find his dental hygienist professional and courteous. The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with the variety of dental plans that they deal with to ensure that everything is covered or if needed assist with the paperwork for financing. I have recommended Dr King to my family and friends and I highly recommend this office.
