I am one of those dental patients that will only visit the dentist when I have a toothache or another dental issue. I have been to so many dental offices, I never stayed with just one. I found myself at age 57 with what seemed to be the worst tooth pain that I remember. I thought about visiting my last dental office, but really did not want to. I then recalled a television commercial with Dr. David Morrison and patient testimonials. I made my initial phone call to his office and Stacy was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant, professional and thorough. I did not feel rushed. I felt really comfortable going to my initial urgent visit. I met Stacy at my first visit and she made me feel welcome and the paperwork process was easy and pleasant. The offices are so cheerful and clean. When I met Dr. David Morrison I immediately liked him. He listened to me and explained things so that I could understand them. He did not rush me and I felt like I was the customer and he appreciated my business. I could not believe how thorough his examination was and he used great technology. I was able to see my x-rays on a monitor screen immediately. His assistant Lyndsey was just a joy and attentive to every little detail. I left my initial visit knowing what my dental status was and that in my next visit a treatment plan and the financials would be discussed. At my next visit Dr. Morrison explained the treatment plan and each procedure. He used prosthetics to explain procedures so that I would understand. He also used a large monitor screen to show me my X-rays to explain further. Their financial person was included in the consultation and she was simply wonderful. I don't recall her name. She had everything printed out for me in a nice folder. She went over the insurance coverage and out of pocket cost. Let me tell you, she was right on the money. I had no surprise invoices from Morrison Dental. This was a first for me as I have always had coverage issues with other dental offices. My treatment plan is complete and I can eat anything and it is a joy to chew pain free. Each staff member makes you feel welcome and you know they are ready to help you. I love the hassle free service. Connie has been so wonderful with scheduling my appointments and never has their been a problem. She calls to remind me of my appointments and easily will help with any changes. Alicia used her wonderful scanner technology on my teeth and everything came out perfect. She explains everything so well and is so pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone to Morrison Dental Care. My compassionate dentist is Dr. David Morrison from now on and I know he will call me back if I phone with an urgent matter. I would like to thank everyone at Morrison Dental for being so nice. I went to Dr. Lewis Morrison and honestly felt he was a great dentist. I am usually fearful of dentist but I did not get that from him. After he took care of me I sent him a $80 gift basket from Edible arrangments to thank him. I am from NYC and there is a certain manor in which to thank someone who does the right thing by a client. My mother raised me saying if you are mistreated vote with your mouth and I am doing just that. I recd a letter today in the mail stating "I am not welcome as a patient in their office anymore." This is all because I had a disagreement with their billing manager. They sent me a 2 page letter in detail saying I abused their staff and called them names. I believe they are ref to the fact that I called the billing mgr a "Pitbull" which I explained to her that it was meant in a way that her actions in getting money from people is why she is the billing mgr. I assumed that we had discussed it in a professional manor my voice was low and we even smiled after speaking. She said she would speak with the doctor and I said I would like to speak to him as well. Well the outcome is I am no longer going to that office, No longer ref clients to that office Making sure I tell people about "my personal experience" with them Letting my co-workers I also blog on a website for Clifton Park Activities and I plan I putting my experience on there. I had a excellent experience at Dr Morrison. I have had two very bad experiences with dental offices. One when I was in grade school, the Dentist came at me with a very long needle, scared me very bad. The second was when I was in my late 40's or 50's. Please stop laughing! That dentist scared the ,,,out of me, to the point I told him to stop and walked out crying. But I needed to see a dentist, To find one I pretty much did the Eeny, meeny, miney, moe, Moe was Dr Lewis Morrison. I was very scared did not sleep for 2 nights. When I went for my appointment the office did not smell, like a dentist office, also I did not hear a drill. Well I meet the Dr. he was sooo nice, nice to look at too! he was gentle explained everything that he was doing, just a real good experience. Eeny. Meeny. Miney. Our family has had the good fortune to have the same dentist, Dr. Louis Morrison, for the past thirty years. Over the years we have had many scheduled dental visits with Dr. Morrison as well as the need for the occasional unscheduled visit. We have a very high level of confidence in Dr. Morrison. He has always shown a sincere and friendly manner during our visits, in addition to the great dental work he provides. Dr. Morrison's dental team including his dental assistants and the administrative personnel are very professional. They are genuinely courteous and friendly people. They provide a pleasant environment and are very efficient in the dental services they provide and in ensuring things like dental insurance forms are properly submitted. I have never had good experiences with dentist From the time I was a child. Going to the dentist has always been traumatic. Recently I was in need of emergency care, and my his band told me about your add on TV and felt it I should try to get an appointment. Connie worked me into the schedule that afternoon. Dr. David and the entire staff were wonderful to me. Again they worked me into a tight Friday schedule so that I could begin the process of an implant for a front tooth. Let me start by saying that Dr. Morrison and his team are an amazing group of people. From the moment you walk thru the door of the office you feel welcomed and at ease. (That kind of comfort is very hard to find at a dentist office.) The staff is beyond wonderful and Dr. Morrison is by far the best dentist in the Capital District. He is always very pleasant and does the best work I've ever seen. Dont waste your time with anyone else. Like most people I do not like going to the dentist due to the possible scrapping/drilling. My top and bottom teeth overlapped so I went to see Dr. Morrison 3 years ago and had my four upper front teeth done with vaneers and I honestly did not feel a thing during all of the visits. Dr. Morrison explained every step of the procedure and his staff was so nice and very caring. My vaneers are still beautiful. I now go to Dr. Morrison's office for all of my cleanings which I had done today and again the staff was on time and very friendly. The cleaning was very smooth. Love this office. read more

I have had serious dental issues since I was a child... I have seen many many dentists for several procedures including implants but never was 100% happy...I settled because had such anxiety about my teeth it was easier to say nothing than speak up. would like to say that I have been a patient with Dr. Morrison for many years. Never have I had a bad experience with him or his staff. When I go to the office I am treated like one of the family. Have recently gone through some new dental work with Dr. and am completely satified. My first visit to Dr. Lewis Morrison was in August 2014. I was very pleased with his office and his staff . They were very kind, organized, friendly and very professional. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of his office. I now have all upper dental implants and partials on the bottom. My experience was fabulous. So fabulous that I was going to write a thank you note. I have the best dentist in the world! I was pretty upset about the filling in one of my front side tooth coming out and leaving me with a huge embarrassing whole. I trembled all night. The doctors and staff here are top notch. I had my no charge consultation and it was just that....no charge. They gave me options and rough costs which helped me tremendously to make my decision on which treatment to go with. I met the Billing Manager and will tell you she is very knowledgable and helpful and does her job very well. She was never rude...but then again neither was I. I don't live in Clifton Park, but I have traveled far out of my way for years to rely on Lew and David Morrison for dental work. They are top notch, know their stuff, make the experience painless, and do it right. It's worth the effort. I've been going to Dr Morrison for about 30 years. He is a top notch professional, excellent in dentistry and also with recommendations and communication. My family goes to a different dentist for location reasons and their level of care is far less. I went to Morrison Dental because it seemed affordable. They as well offered alternatives and I needed a place to have information due to having neglected going to a dentist for some time. I love going there although with implants it is expensive and I have to pay my bill before I can resume carting on with my plan they have for me.!! Nice place to have work done.!! read more
