I called Shrewsbury Overhead Doors and spoke to Steve mid-day on a Friday. He measured my door…read morethat day and and he provided two options for replacement doors, but wasn't at all trying to up-sell me, just gave my the info on how each door suffered from the other. He also recommended a key release since our garage is stand alone with no other entry or exit than the main door. He gave me the choice of two remotes or a remote/keypad option. Monday morning he called to say the door I wanted was in-stock and he could be at my house in a couple of hours to replace my old broken Garage door. By 2:30 on Monday my new door was installed and working perfectly. Great service and and quality work at a reasonable price!
