Despite confirming that he was negotiating and communicating with opposing counsel (supposedly on my behalf), he never filed the appearance or responded to the motion. For many months he failed to notify the Court that he was even hired. Eventually, opposing counsel took advantage of the situation because he was tipped off through Keenan's negligent communication with him. Keenan's inaction directly caused my case to be dismissed by default. This goes beyond simple neglect. Keenan actively misrepresented the status of my case while failing to perform the most basic functions of legal representation. He then proceeded to conceal critical case materials from me and ceased all communication. There is no excuse for this type of deception and malpractice.

My new lawyer communicates everything and finally the case is moving along. I had other lawyers wouldn't touch my case because they said Paul messed it bad but my new lawyer has been great so far and cleaning things up. My new Lawyer Katlyn Johnson just got me almost triple what Paul couldn't get me. She closed the deal in 2 months and Paul didn't do anything in 5 months. He is a scam artist that talks a big game. Do not fall for his antics. I was on the verge of getting nothing with Paul and she clean it up easily and closed the deal. She is also cheaper than Paul. Update: Paul Refused to give me 1200 back that he owes me for a court appearance he didn't show up to and said I owe him.
