We were treated with kindness and respect by Frank and his main contact Marcos who is GREAT! Through the whole process they gave us all information and guidance we needed for the case. All the questions, calls e-mails were answered in a timely manner and progress reports on teh case were sent out. In the end it was awarded. The due diligence and professionalism from Frank and Marcos was a great help

He literally told the judge he needed another yes another 3weeks. This is laughable at least and a stab at his laziness. I terminated him before my case was awarded. He even pushed for a 2nd hearing (without even coming to me for consent). When I told him NO he still had the AUDACITY to try to add in his "Petition Fee" for a 2nd hearing. He's a money sucking leech, lazy disrespectful talks down to adults like they are 5 and my sister did more work gathering my medical records in 2 weeks than both he and Marco combined. He literally called me 2x in 5.5 years (which made me really feel like I was a dollar sign rather than a client who he genuinely cared for. He NEVER check in (unless necessary). He conniving and he will absolutely NOT be getting his full petition fee. I'll make sure of that, Frank. Learn to treat people (especially disabled people) with kindness and respect. -Lazy -Condescending -Difficult to work with -Lies -And double lists "work" he did on the petition fee hoping no one would notice. -Marco would often ignore important emails from me as well. I STRONGLY advise for people to AVOID this man! 0/10 He has a BAD attitude and is VERY disrespectful to disabled people. Find a new career field, Frank.

The lack of professional courtesy, customer service, and proper business practices at this law office makes it mind-boggling to me that they not only have such a high rating, but are in business at all. My first interaction with the team, specifically Chris, was very pleasant and encouraging. This was the interaction that made me decide on this firm to help me with my immigration needs. In the very beginning, I couldn't have been more pleased. There were many encouraging interactions and quick responses. However, after I paid the initial $6000...the phone calls started to become mostly ignored, the emails were mostly ignored, and the frustration started mounting. On the rare occasion that I did get to speak to someone at the desk, they were frustrated to be answering the phone and couldn't have sounded more put-off to just be speaking to me. Finally, after what seemed an eternity, we moved to the second stage (and second set of fees) of our visa application (after the petition approval). This is where things really went south. When I went to pay the Thousands of dollars more that they quoted me to have them help with the forms (to get us documentarily approved through the National Visa Center), they DOUBLED the fee. Not exaggerating...Doubled it! I fought. I was told "Prices have changed since we started". Still i fought back, saying that this was ridicules, and unfair, that I had a quote. The response to that was "He must have quoted you wrong". I couldn't believe that a law firm would take advantage of me and my family like that. After a LOT of deliberation my wife and I decided to pay the Grossly engorged fee. What else could we do? It had already taken WAY more time than we had been told in the beginning, and we needed to get this done. After that, it was the same story as the first time. Once payment had been made, my emails and calls went mostly unanswered. Finally we got our interview. My email about uploading a few extra forms went ignored. As such, when I was there at the consulate for our interview, they told me that we didn't have all of our forms uploaded. Thankfully, they gave me till the end of the day to upload it myself. I would give less than one star if I could, and I would suggest that you VERY much consider a different law office for your immigration needs. As for the fee? I'd say get it in writing, but I had that and they still ignored it. This will forever be the Worst part of my experience immigrating to the United States.

She just completed my Ch. 7 bankruptcy case last month and I feel so relieved and free! Here are the reasons you should hire Chris: 1) She is detail oriented. Look up the stats; most bankruptcy cases that are prolonged or thrown out are due to poorly done paperwork. Chris has a great work ethic and takes pride in her job. 2) She has a small practice. At the time when she was fixing my paperwork, she had only 3 other bankruptcy clients. My paperwork was stellar, my 341 hearing took ten minutes, the calls ceased and I feel relieved and confident that I am not going back to court. 3) So pleasant and amicable. In fact, in the midst of a dead silent lobby at the Dirksen building awaiting 341 hearing, the woman in front of me turned around and evnviously said "Gosh your lawyer sounds so nice." Chris is approachable, honest, straightforward, and understanding. I interviewed several lawyers in the area and found something with each of them that just did not sit right with me. Chris answers her phone "Chris speaking?" and ALWAYS addresses all your questions with respect and compassion. In fact, we talked about dogs, home improvement, and college; she is just good people. 4) Timelines and efficiency. Chris has been doing this work for 20 some years. She is realistic with expectations and stringent with organization. She tells you exactly what you need to do and when to do it by. 5) Flexible. Chris works with her people (and she calls us that, not clients, but her people) to find an affordable fee and set up a payment schedule. Don't waste your time and money with legal helpers or geraci when her fee is negligibly higher. She is always available via phone, I once had to call her at 2am and she answered the call. In short, Christina Scelsa gave my case her utmost attention, treated me with respect, and did exactly what an attorney is hired to do: she introduced me to the protocol and simplified the legal process using her expertise. I would definitely seek her consultation in future legal matters. A+
