READ ENTIRE REVIEW IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!!! I am eager to find a attorney here in Chicago to handle my affairs and I was strongly thinking about using this company. Then I spoke to Greg. Greg was very vague on the phone. He had to give me a call back to quote me for what I was asking. Keep in mind I called a while ago in regards to another matter and I was told the same thing. He always says he needs to call back to receive a quote and both times he told me the same thing. "You have to come in for a consultation which is $300." BASICALLY PEOPLE if you want ANYYYY information even something as simple as WHAT YOUR SERVICES WOULD COST.... well be prepared to pay $300 ON TOP of what your other fees are for what you actually want done. I called 3 other attorneys in the area and they all gave me there hourly rate and told me that would be the cost for my services. So basically if what I needed to get done took 1 hour, then I would be charged their hourly rate. Now this I can work with. But making someone come in to pay $300 just to "talk" about what you already know you need is ridiculous. This place isn't trying to help people and their intentions are not good. They are basically trying to scam people into paying this $300 "for nothing fee" on top of other hefty prices to do something very simple and won't even give you any inkling of what the cost of what you actually need done will cost. I am appalled that this place has THIS MANY good reviews. It's clear to me that they are handling affairs of people that have no idea what they are doing and are getting SCAMMED into paying $300 just for a face to face talk. I'm sorry but why would I pay $300 just to TALK ABOUT WHAT I ALREADY KNOW I NEED? Bottom line: 1. They don't give quotes 2. If you want a quote you have to pay $300 JUST to get one. This is the "consultation" you're paying just to get a quote and NO SERVICES. 3. They are convincing people that this is the proper way of doing things and I can assure you it's not! I have a lawyer at the Cochran Firm in Los Angeles. A very prestigious office with reputable lawyers, and THEY even give a quote without having to come in and pay a $300 fee just to receive a quote. Why would I pay a mom and pop organization $300 for what a dang chat? What if you go in, pay $300 just to get a quote, and then the actual services are more then you can afford? Then you just lost $300 FOR NOTHING! Do your research people this place plays on inexperienced people that have no clue of when they're being scammed. That's like saying hey you have to pay $300 just to LOOK at this restaurant menu.... but you do not get any drinks or food. WHATTTTT!? Would YOU do that? Exactly. Do your research people, there are plenty of attorneys in the area with HUNDREDS of more reviews that will give you a quote over the phone... and most go by hourly.
